Enjoy your morning coffee on the peaceful balcony, cool off in the two shared pools, or hit the tennis court with rackets provided. With comfy rooms, ambient lighting, a beautiful beach vibe and all the extras (like beach gear, pool towels and a full kitchen), it’s your ideal home-away-from-home. We love it here—and think you will too :)

We love hosting guests but we respect your space, there a self checking in box system to access the key anytime after 15:00 and our team are close by to resolve any problems you may face. Our business is family run and one of our team & family is on call 24/7 during your stay so you will be well looked after. :)

We’re just 45 minutes from Larnaca Airport, and once you arrive, you’ll see why we love this location so much. The apartment is in Kapparis, a charming coastal village just next to Paralimni that stays lively and open all year round, which is a huge plus!

You’ll find everything you need within a very short drive — from supermarkets and local bakeries to fantastic bars and restaurants. Whether you're after a quick bite, a beachside cocktail, or fresh pastries in the morning, it's all right here.

There are some beautiful beaches within a few minutes drive. One of my favourites is Kalifi beach is a local hotspot with a great vibe. They also do music events there. The beaches are crystal-clear waters and family friendly. you’ll also find Fireman’s Beach and Sirena Bay, both stunning spots for a swim, sunbathe, or seaside snack.

The apartment also makes a perfect hub for exploring the east coast of Cyprus, and having a car really helps if you want to see it all. That said, everything is really close by, so you’re never far from fun, adventure, or a great meal!

Head just 5–10 minutes down the road and you’ll reach Protaras and Pernera, both buzzing with life in the summer and filled with things to do:

Churches with gorgeous views, like the famous Profitis Elias

Water sports galore—jet skis, banana boats, paddle boarding, even scuba diving and snorkeling

Mini golf, indoor play areas, and Luna Parks for the kids

And the beautiful sculpture park and sea caves along the coast

A little further along is Ayia Napa, known for its beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and family-friendly attractions like the waterpark, harbor, and cultural sights.

Whether you’re after a laid-back beach break or looking to pack your days with sightseeing and activities, this area has it all.

You have access to everything in the apartment. We have one locked house keeping wardrobe in the master bedroom.

I absolutely love this apartment, and I think you will too! The moment you step inside, it just feels calm and inviting—the kind of place where you can truly unwind after a day at the beach.

The living area is one of my favorite spots. The big blue sofa is perfect for stretching out with a book or watching a movie with the soft ambient lighting creating the coziest atmosphere. And those gorgeous bamboo floor lamps? They cast the most beautiful shadows in the evening—it’s pure magic!

Step out onto the balcony, and you’ll see why I love having my morning coffee here. It’s peaceful, private, and the perfect place to soak in the fresh air before heading out for the day. You might even hear the palm trees rustling in the breeze! The balcony might be compact, but we’ve made the most of every inch! There’s a built-in bench ideal for laying or reading a book and we have footstools that tuck away when not in use, folding drinks tables for your morning coffee or evening wine, and even a folding dining table if you fancy having meals outside. It’s a sweet little spot to enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook up your favorite meals, but if you’re like me and prefer to eat out on holiday, you’re just minutes away from amazing restaurants and beach bars in Kapparis, Paralimni and Protaras. There are also food deliveries available in the area for groceries or meals, so now you can combine your favorite meals on your own chilled balcony.

The bedrooms are designed for total relaxation, with soft linens and a fresh, airy feel. Both of the rooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning units and blackout curtains. There is plenty of space for all of your things in the wardrobes.

Plus, on the complex there is two communal adult and baby pools, so whether you want a morning swim or an afternoon cool-down, you’ve got the perfect spot waiting for you. There is a communal tennis court and of course we have rackets and balls in the apartment for you. There is a selection of beach items, cool boxes, inflatables at the apartment for your use.

The apartment is perfectly located, making it easy to get around! We definitely suggest having a car, it is a huge benefit for exploring the area and beyond, you’ll find that everything you need—beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars—is just a short drive away and having the car in the heat is just a bonus.

If you prefer not to drive, there are also local buses that run regularly, connecting you to Protaras, Ayia Napa, and other nearby towns. Taxis are readily available and we can provide you with numbers, and some places even offer motor bike / quad bike rentals if you're feeling that is more your style.

With everything so close by, you’ll have plenty of options for getting out and about, whether you’re exploring the local area or venturing further afield!
