"This magnificent design hotel has a friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Close to all facilities, it has a structure that offers a swimming pool, bar, gym, SPA, private beach and comfortable rooms with balconies from which you can see the turquoise blue and hear the sound of the waves of the Aegean Sea. Breakfast is typically Greek and Restaurant H20 is one of the best in Kos. My special thanks to Maria Sofia, for her support, guidance and help, thank you very much."

"Lovely property and very helpful check-in staff.” (Thank you to the Maria’s). The food at breakfast was beyond expectations. Loved using the bikes. My room was quite noisy (Room 104) and the service at the outside lounges was not attentive. Otherwise a wonderful stay. I would stay again despite these issues."

"Twice in a row - 2 male staff members opened my room whilst I was in the room, despite the fact that I had locked it from the inside. This is a security breach for single female travellers!
The first time I had reported that my tv was only showing German channels. I was told that someone would come to sort it out. At 9pm at night a male housekeeping member knocked my door & immediately opened it!!
I was extremely upset and reported it to the hotel Manager the same night. I was assured...

"Het was een keurig appartement. Zeer schoon.

"Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....

"This has been one of the lovliest stays we have ever had. It is a smaller hotel and the attention to detail and personal touch is second to none. The staff could not be kinder or nicer, it has been such a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is modern and has everything you cpuld want. The food was brilliant and very reasonable, no more than anywhere else in Kos. The spa area was beautiful and i had a lovely treatment. Just a very special Hotel"

Restaurantes sempre...

"Outstanding hotel. Stunning architecture, pools and wonderful staff.
It was fully booked and still did not feel crowded.
Kos is not great but the hotel makes up for it.
Two minor caveats:
Both Pools close at 6pm—at least one could close at 7pm, given that the sun sets well after 8pm.
The restaurant food is not at the level of the rest, but still good and honest."
