"The property was in excellent condition. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was perfect for a family of 5 and included a kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We loved staying on the La Pacifica side, closest to the quieter pool and fitness center. The fitness center has spectacular views and nice amenities, including outdoor workout equipment. "The second day the electricity was out the entire day. From 11:30 until 1 or 2 in the morning. We had to insist on showering in another room and they acted inconvenienced. The third day there was no hot water the entire day or night. They knew this would happen but didn’t advise us. We had to insist on moving again, and they acted inconvenienced. I would absolutely not stay here again - not worth the high expense. A hassle. "
