"Do not use this place it is a scam , hotels.com will take the payment from you and when its time to check you will receive no information and hotels .com will not assist they will keep telling you they are looking in to it but will leave you looking for a place to stay and just tell you they are trying to contact the hotel completely useless"

"During my stay, the water supply kept stopping suddenly and when we called customer service they kept saying they couldnt find our booking, they never called back when they promised to. More importantly, there were no containers which could be used to store water given to us. They did not inform us beforehand that the remote control for the carpark gate was not in order so every time we enter the car park we always needed someone to go to the building first and go down to basement manually press...

"Cuisine équipée pour deux personnes. Paquet d'accueil avec du chocolat, café soluble, thé, éponge et un peu de liquide vaisselle. Très propre, sécurisé. On peut également enter par le Swan hotel. Deux petits magasins d'alimentation dans les 5 minutes de marche, et le grand Aldi à 10-15 minutes. "

"Stayed in apartment. Appalling communication and check in process. Took over 1 hour to access the apartment. Lack of laundry, towels etc. meaning sharing 2 towels between 4 adults. Management, host showed no empathy to any of the above. Apartment is okay however would not recommend the management or host."

"Beautiful apartment, very convenient to get around town. Grocery right downstairs for whatever you need, great restaurants nearby. Parking very close to the building, everything you need to explore Manchester! Easy access to public transport on the tram, as well."
