"This home was very pretty. The property is lovely and the management was wonderful. The house was very clean and the beach access is great. Unfortunately the listing doesn’t let you know that it is directly next to Banana Beach (it shares a wall with the bar) so it is very loud with music/a dj on in the day and night. "Skip. The host listed the property as a 2 minute walk to the beach and it was a 10-12 min 4x4 drive challenge. Since we planned to be able to walk we checked out and asked for a refund. He has not done so to make the situation right. Santa Teresa has been taken over by tourists and developers and not your typical Costa Rica pura vida experience.
