It is conveniently located, with access to the beaches and harbour on foot in 15 minutes or by bus in minutes from right outside the apartment. The Night nightclub area is only a 10-minute walk from the Apartment. Benefits from 2 balconies. On-site kiosk for fast essentials, beers, wines, milk, bread open early until midnight.

The lounge has new full air conditioning as well as a high-speed ceiling fan, a convertible sofa bed that opens up to a comfortable double bed, bedding as well as a mattress for the sofa bed provided, comfortably allowing 2 people to sleep. Also, a 50-inch Sony Bravia plasma TV full HD smart TV with various channels and Netflix and Apple TV to enjoy.

Nice apartment. The bedroom has a new stylish king-size double bed, a dressing table, and chair. The room has 2 double wardrobes and a new full air conditioning unit as well as a high-speed ceiling fan.
