Beautiful villa in a quiet residential area. Definitely home from home with an amazing host. This was our third stay at this villa and already booked for next year.

Beautiful villa like a home from home. Few niggly issues were sorted very well. Sadly the beds are rock hard and very old (slopes to the edge of the bed in the master bedroom) so not comfy sleeping. No cushions for the very hard sun loungers either. There were two full length waterproof mats that we used over cobbled together chair cushions in the end!Pool was beautifully clean and garden is lovely.

The house is spacious, and the pool and grounds are beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. While the property has a lot of potential, a few details kept it from feeling truly luxurious. The mattresses were quite thin, the appliances could have been cleaner, and the couches were worn and had an odour. We arrived during cooler weather and would have appreciated extra blankets. Guests should also be aware that WiFi and cell service can be unreliable at times for those needing to stay connected. Overall, we had a good stay, but a few comfort and upkeep improvements would make the experience even better.

Only just got back from 2 superb weeks away. I honestly cannot think of anything negative about this trip the villa was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Villa und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist top, es ist wirklich alles da, was man für einen guten Aufenthalt braucht. Küche komplett ausgestattet, Geschirr, Handtücher, einfach alles. Man kommt an, stellt die Koffer ab und muss sich um nichts kümmern. Der Pool war für uns das Highlight. Bei den Temperaturen haben wir ihn jeden Tag genutzt, er war immer sauber und gepflegt, und der Bereich rundherum ist so angelegt, dass man den ganzen Tag draußen sein kann. Einmal hat der Poolservice vergessen, den Wasserhahn wieder abzudrehen, das haben wir dann selbst gemacht. War aber kein Problem, so etwas kann passieren. Myra, die Eigentümerin, hat immer schnellstens geantwortet und war jedes Mal hilfsbereit. Egal was wir gefragt haben, es kam innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Das gibt einem ein gutes Gefühl, gerade wenn man das Haus und die Gegend noch nicht kennt. Ein Manko muss ich trotzdem anmerken: Die Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer hat nicht richtig bis gar nicht gekühlt, obwohl wir 16 Grad eingestellt hatten. Und genau dieses Zimmer hat sich tagsüber am meisten aufgeheizt, es war der heißeste Raum in der ganzen Villa. In den Nächten war das schon mühsam. Da würde eine Wartung sicher helfen, dann passt auch das. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Schöne Villa, sehr gute Ausstattung und eine Vermieterin, die sich wirklich kümmert. Wir hatten zwei erholsame Wochen und können die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic Property

Stayed for one week 2-10 October My wife wanted to move in permanently she loved the property so much. So clean and quality everywhere from bedrooms and bathrooms to kitchen and sitting room. Myra is obviously determined to provide the best experience possible for her guests and i haven't mentioned the pool area yet which was just perfect. It's just off the beaten track which makes it very quiet and peaceful. Already looking at next years plans.

Absolutely wonderful villa!

The villa was amazing. Can't recommend it highly enough. It's clean, spacious, had lovely marble flooring, the kitchen was well equipped, the air con and fans were hugely beneficial. The pool was lovely. It's very modern and has great equipment and in an ideal location. It has a carport which keeps the car clean and cool. It has a study and WiFi throughout the villa. There are supermarkets and cafes and restaurants in an abundance close by and Paphos is 25 minutes away. We had a slight issue locating the villa in the dark when we arrived, but the villa is located using these What3Words: stud.zoomed.chevronsAlso the front door, make sure you turn it once to the right and then another half turn to the right again Can highly recommend and would happily stay here again!

Standout hosts and property

I have no reservations about recommending this property. It comprises everything you would want or expect for a home from home, and is much better than in the photos. The property is very comfortable, clean and hygienic, with excellent air-con, and the pool is very welcoming. I'd recommend a car as the village and shops etc are more than a 2KM walk each way and its very hot in summer. Personally I'd also like to add that the hosts are excellent and immediately responded to any queries we had. At one stage there was a very minor issue and they had a local handyman, on a Saturday evening, turn up within an hour to effect a repair.

Really nice villa

This is a really nice villa and equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, especially the kitchen. It has a nice balcony area for the evenings and is spacious - much better than getting a hotel!. The pool area is great - the pool is a good size, regularly kept tidy and clean by a pool guy, and nicely secluded. Its a very quiet area but I think we were lucky as a lot of the villas seemed unoccupied while we were there and the building work at the end of the road paused in Aug. Its in a residential area so not walking distance to shops but that's what makes it nice and quiet - you definitely need a car. The villa was clean but if you ventured behind cupboards (to turn the air con on) you could see it needed a bit more of a deeper clean. But other than that very clean. Overall would recommend.

Keine Luxus Villa

Die Küchenschränke waren verdreckt mit dunklen klebrigen Fingerabdrücken. Toaster total klebrig und fettig. Der Wasserkocher bis obenhin verkalkt. Kochgeschier veraltet. Die Tischdecke war klebrig und befleckt. Die Sofas voller Katzenhaare. In der ersten Nacht ging das Bett im Erdgeschoß beim Schlafen kapput. Wir haben uns bei der Vermieterin beschwertund eine freche Antwort erhalten. Sie kann sich das alles nicht erklären. Es hat sich noch keiner bei ihr beschwert und die Reinigungsfirma sei sehr gut. Wir mussten zu sechst auf fünf Schlafplätzen schlafen und die Katzenhaare beseitigen. So ein dreckiges veraltetes Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nie gehabt. Garten ungepflegt. Die Gärtner waren zwar einmal in der Woche vor Ort, haben aber nur die Blätter von drn Wegen weggeblasen. Die Zitronen unter dem Baum haben vor sich hingeschiemelt. Vertrocknete Blumenstängel hatten die Gärtner nicht bemerkt. Eindeutig keine luxus Villa .

Smart villa in Peiya

Very comfortable and well equipped villa in smart but quiet residential area 2k from the centre of the village of Peiya. Very hilly but certainly walkable to bars and restaurants that in authentic village with all amenities. The villa itself is very well laid out over two floors with a very British style , warm and comfortable with everything you could want. It was somewhere that you really wanted to come home to after a day out in this interesting part of the island. Great supermarket, including Waitrose products , within 5k … better than being at home!

Au top

Villa bien située géographiquement pour profiter pleinement des belles plages du côté ouest de l"île. Myra a répondu à toutes nos questions très rapidement et gentiment. Nous avons profité de la piscine qui était très agréable. La villa est située dans un quartier calme. Nous recommandons.

Home from Home

Villa Eirene was clean, well equipped and truly home from home. The villa is set in a quiet neighbourhood with a lovely garden and clean good sized pool. We also enjoyed the visiting cats each day !! A car is a necessity due to the location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning our next trip to beautiful Peyia.

Superbe séjour dans 1 magnifique villa

Nous avons passé en famille un MAGNIFIQUE séjour dans cette villa qui était telle que décrite dans l annonce avec tout à disposition dans la maison ainsi qu une superbe piscine et le cadre autour qui va avec. De plus quand nous avions des besoins Myra la propriétaire était là pour nous donner une solution rapidement. Merci pour tout et peut être à une prochaine fois Fabrice

Wonderful vacation

We have spent more than 2 weeks in this villa and really enjoyed out time there. The villa is very well equipped with everything you may need during your vacation. The location is good, 7-10 min to Coral bay, 5 min to supermarket in Peyia (Philippos), 20 min to Paphos, 5 min to Paphos zoo. Unfortunately, I had not enough time to read great collection of books and watch plenty of DVDs, the variety of them is very impressive.

Great Stay

Lovely Villa that was well equipped and in a great location in the hills of Peyia. Spacious for all 6 of us who stayed. Great sized swimming pool that was regularly cleaned. Host was easily contactable and accommodated our needs. Would highly recommend.
