Hi, I’m very disappointed to read this and the stars you have given us.- you didn’t mention the pedal bin to us in the 2 weeks you were there. The bin is not a reason to give us low stars. The tissue can go down the toilet you didn’t have to put it in the bin. This was your choice. The washing machine was delivered as quickly as they could. Unfortunately Cypriots are not as quick as people I’m the UK you need to remember this. I did mention to you on the day it was delivered you could use it. But didn’t want to use it when it was in. I did email you the day before it was delivered to see if you would be there and you didn’t reply to me which was not helpful so this delayed the delivery. I think you would have un- achieve-able standards so even if the things you have mentioned were not a problem you would have found a problem as there is nothing wrong with the apartment at all.

Hi Samantha I’m sorry you feel this way. The bill for the internet had been paid so I’m not sure where you got that information from. The internet box needed an update which the internet provider did remotely then I messaged to say it was working. The sofas had a deep clean only a few months ago from a professional company. As mentioned to you in a message I had made a mistake and had not booked the late checkout. Please note you had also not paid for the late checkout. Out of 6 years of owning this property this is the first time this has happened. I apologised to you for this. The pool furniture is provided by the complex so I will mention it to them. You didn’t contact me throughout your stay to say you had an issue with the apartment at all or the sun beds. Once again I apologise for inconvenience that was caused. The building work unfortunately there is nothing I can do about that, it’s due to be completed soon.

Hi Amy Thank you for your review. We had contacted the tv company and because they are Cypriot they are not as quick at coming back to us as they are in the UK. The tv company did come back to us while you were staying in the apartment and it just needed an update, which the tv company did remotely. I did email you when it was fixed but didn’t get a reply so not sure if you got the email. Guests do buy items that they have used while on holiday and have left them for other guests to use. When we go out there we will take a look at the items and get rid of any items we feel guests would not benefit from using.

Brenda - this is a load of lies. If there was building work - this is out of our control and you did not mention anything to us. The apartment was not riddled of mould when you arrived you caused this by drying wet washing inside without opening windows. You told us about this and we got this sorted ASAP at our cost. There was English tv and there was an issue with the tv box and we got a new one sorted as it needed updating. We got this sorted in suitable time. You mentioning we are not keeping the subscription is a total lie the box just needed updating which it does not tell you. Someone did come to fix the oven door as you know as you were there when they were there when they looked it. The fly screen had a small hole but as there are no flys in winter this did not effect you. The furniture was not damp when you arrived as you would have mentioned to me when you messaged me. We were in communication a lot while you were there. Someone was in there the day before you arrived and I know everything was fine as we have pictures taken before every stay. When you mentioned about the mould you had caused I did ask if you would like to leave the apartment and you declined. So you didn’t have to make do at all. This again is a total lie. Everything you mentioned to me about the apartment was sorted and I have pictures and messages from you to say they were sorted so again another lie. You didn’t have to chase anyone ….. again a total lie. We are now looking into the damage you have caused to the apartment and May put a claim against you for the damage We have many photos and communication with you to support we done everything for you to sort any problems you caused.

Hi John Sorry you felt the need to leave a bad review for our apartment. What you have mentioned is out of our control. The building work is due to be completed soon and therefore will not be an issue. The building work only goes on in the day time. The Dogs are something no one has ever mentioned to me so I’m not sure where they are coming from. We have never been told the apartment is in a bad location. I’m sorry you felt like that. You are able to see on the map the location of the property.
