"Everything was simply perfect. I’m not used to writing reviews, but this particular hotel surprised me in all its ways. "

"Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

"Quarto fantástico! Espaçoso e super novo e limpo. Café da manhã sensacional! Muito bem localizado "

"Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. Hyatt NUNCA MAIS!!!"

"Hello everyone, everything good? Our stay at your hotel had several problems, which left me and my family embarrassed. We went with my two children, a 3 year old and a 1 year old, the nanny, and my wife. I went to work so I didn't have time to help with the children. First, our minibar wouldn't turn on, and the kids' food got spoiled. My nanny's sofa bed was broken and she couldn't sleep, which was replaced after much insistence, as the hotel receptionist named OVI didn't want to do it, I...
