"Booked through Expedia, had the paperwork and the confirmation and Ho Jo said they had no record. Then wouldn’t engage with Expedia to give Me my money back. Two calls and over an hour Eventually got most of my money back but still have to call back again to get the insurance back. Guessing HoJo got a better offer for the room(s) as there were others affected. Super inconvenient. In town for an event ended up staying an hour away and missed some of the event."

"The hotel was fine, however the staff allowed their dinning and lobby to be turned into a hair salon. There were a group of about 7 preteens girls that had, brushes, gel, hair ties, doing piggy tail, French braids and had blonde hair everywhere and their mother brushing their hair there as well. Was completely unsanitary. You had a hair salon at the very entrance of the hotel they would also bump into you as they were doing each other’s hair and so you couldn’t eat in peace specially you know...

"​This was the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Appleton. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean throughout. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds were incredibly cozy. ​We loved the complimentary hot breakfast—plenty of great choices for everyone."

"We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. "

"We appreciated being able to check in late to our room. There's ample & free parking. The residence was quiet. We stayed in a suite. We didn't appreciate the hair in the bathroom shower. The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. There's not regular housekeeping, unless one...

"I knew we were going to enjoy our stay from the moment I checked in with Cori (she was SO friendly!) The only thing I regret about my stay is not booking another night! We were there for my daughters 7th birthday and will be back for my sons in September."
