The room had spacious nice bunkbeds, it was decorated well, and it was clean and very cute. "Great communication and the VRBO was exactly as described and shown in pictures. I recommend having the owner coordinate pickup and drop off as it was immensely helpful and took all the stress out of finding the place. Would definitely stay again!"

"Perfect for two persons. Well equipped kitchen. Elevator for luggage. Assigned parking for a car rental. Large pool area with great view. Very secure/gated complex.Hostess was away, but her recommended cabbie was VERY KNOWLEDGABLE and helped get us inside/orientated as there are two different lock boxes for the gate key and the room keys.Closely located to the airport/ferry terminal for ease of making travel connections.Room matrched VRBO listing images."

"Everything was horrible!!! Cab driver couldn't find the address... he Googles Gooogle Maps, called 2 people from his company.... you have NO PHONE NUMBER to call for these emergencies!! We didn't get there as no one knew where to go... why? NO PHONE NUMBER!! Never again!! I have to pay for something I've never used."

"There was some delay in getting the code prior to checking in (even though it was a late check in) which made us feel unsafe waiting outside in the dark with little lighting. We ended up fidgeting with the lockbox and found it opened up easily to get the keys. We all felt uncomfortable with this, given the area. The owner did finally contact us with the code after we reached out through the app - just wish he emailed it earlier and prior to check in time as an earlier email suggested he would....
