There was some initial confusion about my booking but was pleased to be able to drop off my bag in the morning before reception closed for lunch. The room was clean but had not been renovated any time recently. It was OK for a one...

"Owner was helpful and recommended places to eat or buy food and places to explore in the area"

"Overall, I thought it was nice and comfortable. Google maps originally took me to the wrong place, but we got it sorted out. They seem to have a fair number of animals - besides a couple of dogs and a cat, I definitely heard a rooster as well. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Fare Arihau Vairoo. The room was lovely and comfortable. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming and took care of us as though we were family. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. All the food was prepared by our host from local ingredients mostly grown in their own garden. All the food was exceptional and the service, some from our hosts little girls, was delightful."
