"The Thomas Guard house is a very special place! The setting is spectacular, with waterfall and jungle views from multiple lanais. "This has the most beautiful view ever. The waterfalls and forest from the deck is spectacular. The hosts were also amazing. We were actually there during a tsunami warning and they called and talked us through it and also called the sweet neighbor to come over and give us information as well. All the things you could need in a kitchen and for the beach were there as well. It was clean and check in and out was super easy. "

"This was a great place to stay to enjoy the Hilo side of the Big Island. Sitting on the patio enjoying morning coffee or an evening meal were the favorite moments of our stay. The owners are kind and giving hosts and proud to share the bounties of their farm. "

"I really loved the house. Debbie was very helpful. The only problem was that I didn't receive proper information about getting in and if Debbie wasn't there when we arrived we would not have been able to get in. "
