"The property is located in an area that is very convenient to travel in Jaipur. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a good air conditioner. As mentioned in other reviews the shower in room 202 leaked like crazy causing massive puddles on the floor needing several towels to sop up excess water. I worry that someone will get electrocuted standing in a puddle blow drying their hair. We called the staff and they came immediately and fiddled around in the bathroom but did not...

"I booked the room with king size bed and it was confirmed. But when I reached hotel with my toddler and infant I was given different room with twin bed only.
This was so terrible experience and I have to sleep on mattresses and it spoiled my family vacation.
I really hate when booking was confirmed and in hotel something else was given with no other choice. "

"The Shakun hotel is well located in the city and just slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main road; it's great for tour pick-ups and grabbing an Uber to dinner in the evening.
The hotel is a little dated and perhaps not quite as grand as it once was. We travelled outside of peak season and it felt like the staff had been switched to a less experienced team who perhaps weren't as knowledgeable about service. However, they were always really friendly when we approached them.

"Property fittings, furniture and appliances need repair/ replacement. Hair Dryer in my room was not Working and the flush needs repair.
Proper toileteries weren't provided either.
Overall decent stay, but the quality isn't worth the charges.

"short stay at the Flutes Boutique hotel, very comfortable stay, staff is very nice and helpful. Ms. Barkha at the front desk was very kind and helpful.The rooms are neat and clean.
