Pros: Location on the west end of downtown PCB so it wasn't as busy, building is meticulously maintained, friendly residents, small but nice pool (fyi only pool noodles are allowed per the sign and no kids in hot tub), beach service was included which was appreciated, amazing views from condo and comfortable patio furniture (we saw dolphins every morning around 10am), the beds were very comfortable and in general the whole unit felt very homey and cozy. However, I will note that the living room furniture in the photos is different from what was in the unit. Areas for improvement- the place needs a good cleaning. We were surprised to see this given the reviews. There was thick dust on the light fixtures, along the baseboards and in between the beds/furniture. The decorative trays/shelves in the living room had some sand on them and things seemed kinda thrown on them. The sink in the master had toothpaste on the side. Check out is 9am and check in isn't until 4pm to allow for cleaning and it appeared to be a very quick cleaning job. Also, the towels here were awful. Very thin, dingy and stained. Not the caliber of the unit for sure. We also had to go on a hunt for them since none were left out. It would be nice to have shelves in the bathrooms for your personal belongings too. The pros far outweighed the cons and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. Check out St. Andrews state park for shells, Shell Island for sand dollars and Fords Garage for dinner
