Come stay on the 8th floor in my beautiful 2.5BR/3BA condo with bunk room and queen sleeper sofa. It is completely furnished featuring a King Bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest room and a separate bunk area and all 3 have their own full size bathrooms. Also, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room or queen air mattress whichever is preferable. There is a 55" Samsung Smart TV in the living room and in master and 42" in guest bedroom. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. A full size kitchen with granite countertops with stainless undermount sink and a Chef's kitchen is totally equipped with everything you need including Cuisinart cookware and crock pot too.. Tile is throughout and ceiling fans!

Pier Park is half mile from Tidewater and Frank Brown Park across from Pier Park. Spring 2025 Dolly's Pirate show theater, Top Golf and Feburary McGuires opening by Pier Park too! Close by is Putt-Putt Golf, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park, Bowling, Go-Karts, Bungee rides and restaurants abound.
