Occupancy:
•The maximum number of guests for this condo is 8.
•We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 25 years of age or older. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of the property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.

This is a no smoking/no pets condominium.
Check-in is 4:00 pm central time
Check-out is 10:00 am central time

Cancellation policy:

• Any cancellation on or before the 45th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the $500 initial deposit.

• Cancellations after the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless you have purchased trip cancellation insurance or unless we can re-book the unit for the same time period.
