Bikers' week and Summer open NOW! Next to Pier Park.

This beautiful three-story home is in Summer Towne on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, FL. Recently updated. This house is next to Pier Park/Margaritaville. This is the most convenient location along the beaches in the entire area. All restaurants, Ocean and Pier Park are within a few steps of this incredible house. This house is a few steps to the white sandy beach. Avoid large crowds and competing for a spot on the beach. No elevators, crowds, long lines at elevators or waiting for parking! One of the best features is having your own garage to pull into with no elevators. Full fridge in garage for your beach drinks, overflow food and ice. This house is fully equipped, has high speed internet and HE washed and dryer. There are plenty of beach chairs and items to enjoy at the beach without having to bring your own. There is also a charcoal grill to grill outside by the pool right behind the house. The views and breeze from the top deck are amazing.

Great House & Location

My family and I had a fabulous vacation at this house. The house was very nice. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. The location is perfect with just a short walk across the street for beach access. We were plesently surprised that this portion of beach is not crowded at all. Also being close to Pier Park was nice. We walked there a few time for shopping and food. The owner Joy was very responsive and helpful. She even had new beach towels delivered when we were one short for our family. I definitely recommend this rental property and we plan to stay again in the future.

Great property, house description was accurate. Owners were awesome! Very responsive and helpful. We had no issues. Great location, very short walk to pier park. Great beach location, located not to close to large condos so beach wasn’t too crowded. Garage and extra fridge in garage were great bonuses! Neighborhood pool directly behind house, was always clean and never crowded. Highly recommend, will stay again!!

Amazing Vacation PCB

Our vacation was amazing and the property was perfect!! Holly thought of everything 💯 The home was beautiful and the location was nothing short of perfection. Walking distance to Pier Park, less than a mile from the grocery store, restaurants close along with most everything. The beach is right across the street and we didn’t deal with the crowds. Holly is great at communication & checked in on us. We had the threat of bad weather and she was notifying me promptly. She went above. We will be back! TY Holly!!

Fun family vacation

House is in the perfect location. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Plenty of beach area to enjoy even if you sleep in. Holly was wonderful to work with. Definitely got a workout on those steps.

Wonderful! Everything we were looking for!

This property has it all- location, nice rooms and bathrooms, easy access to the beach, and importantly- extremely responsive host. You can’t ask for better than that! We’ve been coming to PCB for years and have stayed all over. We weren’t sure at first about staying across from the beach, but we all agreed that the walk was shorter than we ever felt like it had been at high rise condos directly on the beach. The community pool and restrooms were extremely clean and nice and we were able to use them even though it was a lower temp weekend. The kitchen was wonderful and had several things we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great and just enough space for us. Back to the host- a few years back we stayed at a condo in PCB and never once received a response from the host, we couldn’t check in until hours after our check in because even the front desk couldn’t get in touch with the owner. That is not an experience you will face with this condo! Everything was a piece of cake and that is one of the most important things to us. I know it’s a lengthy review, but praise is deserved and I hope that it helps the next person choose this property knowing that it’s a gem!

Easy to get to nearby restaurants without having to drive. Beach access was super easy, much better than going up and down elevators. The end house allowed for a bit more privacy as well.

Pier Haven Fall Vacation

Great house! Close access to beach & pool as well as restaurants & shopping. Owner was great to work with. Provided beach chairs, umbrellas & toys which was great to have and not have to bring from home. We highly recommend and hope to stay again next year.

Beautiful home

Most of the time when viewing properties the pictures don’t match when you arrive. This property is even better in person. The view from the top deck is amazing. The perfect spot to drink your morning coffee and watch for dolphins. (We saw 1-3 every morning.) The location is perfect. You are next door to Pier Park but don’t really notice it. The house is tucked away in a nice quiet community. The beach access is across the street and easy to get to. We also noticed it wasn’t very crowded. No high rises close by. We were very happy with our experience here.
