Lovely condo on beautiful Panama City Beach near Saint Andrew’s State Park pier

Two beach chairs and umbrella are included with stay.We used them every day. This is a beautiful white sand beach with gorgeous sunset views. The condo balcony has 3 very nice tall tables and chairs which provide a great view of the beach and sunset. Great for meals, games and just relaxing, too!We loved our stay here and hope to return!

Short stay

We can't really say too much about it because we were forced to leave on Tuesday and our checkout time was on Saturday because of the weather. We will never buy travel insurance again

Beautiful condo

This condo was CLEAN and beautiful! We enjoyed the large balcony with lots of seating. The view was spectacular for sunsets and dolphin watching. We had plenty of space for a family of 6 and found the kitchen to be well stocked. Plus having the free chair service on the beach was so nice! The rental agency had amazing customer service from when we first booked all the way to the end. Would definitely recommend!

Spring break

This is definitely a 5 star location. Quiet end of the beach. The condo is beautifully updated. The beds were so comfortable. The view is great. The condo has everything you will need. The rental company Live the Gulf Coast was wonderful to work with.

Outstanding Experience

We can't possibly say enough good things about this location and our stay. Being at the end of the beach and with the week's weather our stay was relatively quiet, especially in the middle of Spring Break season. The condo itself was very comfortable and homey. We especially liked the king-sized bed in the master bedroom, the comfortable living room furniture, the well-organized and utensil-filled kitchen, and the balcony with 3 separate seating areas that runs the width of the unit. The view was exceptional overlooking the gulf from the 12th floor, allowing us to watch stingrays and dolphins swim by. Access to the beach was simple. The location is close to restaurants, activities, and shopping. The beach was beautiful, and the included lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach were useful and much appreciated. While we don't have immediate plans to return to Panama City Beach, when we do we will keep our fingers crossed that this location is available.

PERFECT STAY

The place was beautiful. We enjoyed being right on the beach. Everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. We definitely would stay again.

Beautiful place

Commodore is a quiet and beautiful place. Water is amazing this time of year. Very family friendly atmosphere. One thing I recommend is wearing sandals to the beach the board walk down is very hot!!!

Great Condo!

Overall impressed with the condo and the resort. We chose this location specifically because we love St. Andrew's Bay. The view from the backside of the condo of the Bay was just as breathtaking as the view of the ocean from the condo balcony. The kitchen was stalked with everything you need. It shows that the person who did it likes to cook! Previously before staying at this resort we have stayed at the bigger resorts ( Splash, Majestic, Twin Palms) the BEST thing at this resort... the elevators! Push the button and nearly no wait to get up or down. The swimming pool and hot tub were both heated and never crowded. The beach was clean not crowded and just a short walk to the St Andrews Pier. The parking lot was secured and we always felt sage. We would stay here again!

Love the Commodore!

This is my favorite place to stay! Love the location, family oriented, friendly security, ....on the beach, heated pool and hot tub!! Just simply perfect!

Beautiful Views!

This is a very pretty condo right on the beach. The unit is well stocked and very comfy. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins play. Since we were on the 12th floor the views were amazing all the way around. The only drawback is that the wall are thin so you can sometimes hear people around you. There is a restaurant/bar in the parking lot and the music is really loud in the front bedroom so it could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. But I loved the unit all in all and would definitely recommend it. It's very clean and owners are quick to respond to any concerns.

Great trip

We really enjoyed our Fall Break at the Commodore. Listing was just as described. View was incredible. Elevators were spotty but the staff was incredibly helpful! Just a note bring your own hair dryer and iron. Not a problem though we just ran to Walmart and bought a cheap one to get us through the week.

Unit was very nice, and apparently had been recently updated with new flooring, appliances and furniture. It was much nicer than we had anticipated. There were a few minor issues (dining table light not working, missing outlet cover in bedroom, Ice maker freezes up, scary elevator, hot tub out of service all week), but overall our experience Was enjoyable and relaxing. One big complaint was one day, when we had just got back from a day at the beach and we were all taking showers, I got a knock at the door. The person at the door said he was the electrician there to work on a reported issue. We had not reported any issues at the time, but he said it was an order from the property mgmt. I asked him to come back in 10 minutes to give us time to get dressed, and he did so. During that time I texted the property mgmt asking if they knew he would be coming, because i had not been given a heads up from them, and he had no identification other than to say he was the electrician. The property mgmt never responded to my text, so before he came back I had my wife and daughter lock themselves in the bedroom. I let him in, he was very nice and he worked on the previously reported issue and left without incident. I feel this is a miss by the property mgmt, and we should have been notified ahead of time to expect him, and that they should provide some kind of identification. We had a very enjoyable experience here, and would be very happy to stay here again.

Perfect!!!!

Let me start by saying that I have high standards. I have been to two other properties in the area and been disappointed. While one was great, the beach was terribly overcrowded there. The other was tiny, had bugs, a crowded beach and harassing security. But COMMODORE 1203 was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and spacious! The a/c worked great, the beach was never overcrowded and the property was very well kept. Everyone was friendly. There were enough kids there to make friends with my 3 kids, but We never felt crowded at the beach or the pool. Security was always present but not harassing. The washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus for us.. we drove 16 hrs to get there and returning with mostly clean laundry was wonderful! The kitchen had all that we needed to cook meals. In fact, it was so comfortable, my kids commented that it felt like home! The minor cons: the bathrooms are tiny. But I didn't come to Florida for a big fancy bathroom. We only have one at home for the five of us so we loved having the extra one. The king in the master is not the most comfortable. It's very firm.. some may like that but it's not for me. I slept in the other room instead.. easy fix! We had a couple of days of rain while we were there. We visited wonderworks about 12 min down the road. We loved it! There are lots of activities just a short drive away. I loved this end of PCB because it was quiet and family friendly. We would recommend this condo in a heartbeat and hope to stay again in the future!

Property was very clean when we arrived

Overall this property was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and all appliances worked great. Great room for a family of six. The views from the 12th floor balcony were unmatched. The staff from Live the Gulf Coast who we rented from were great to deal with and even send over someone to meet you in your condo when you arrive. We will be using them again on our next stay in PCB

The oversized balcony makes up for any flaws.

The bathrooms are very small which is the biggest downfall. The pool is small for such a big place but we never had a lot of problems with it being too crowded. The lady who greeted us from Live the Gulf coast was very nice and helpful. Overall we had an amazing week in this condo. We also got married on the beach right in front of it!!!

Very nice condo. very clean. Good communication with host and nice perks by the owner.

Nice condo. Clean. Wonderful view. Good communication by the host. Nice perks from the owner. Joe, the Beach attendant, was very attentive to everyone on the beach.. Matresses on the beds were not the most comfortable and appeared older and might need to be replaced, but other than that, everything was great.

Very nice condo in a quiet part of PCB!

We had a great stay in this condo. It was very comfortable and felt homey for our family of 6. If I had to pick one thing that I would change, it would be the swimming pool area. The pool just isn’t big enough for the number of units in the building and often felt very crowded. Even though the pool was small, it was still nice and well maintained. Live the Gulf Coast was for sure the best rental company we’ve ever had in our stays in different condos in both Florida and Alabama. They are an extremely helpful and well managed company. I really can’t say enough good things about them. We would definitely recommend them and will be using this company again!

Awesome place!!!

This unit was fantastic! It had everything basically that we needed, comfy beds, updated nice decor and was very clean. The location and view was amazing! We will certainly stay here again!
