• Age Requirement: Renters must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the condo during the rental period.
• No Smoking & No Pets: Strictly enforced for the comfort of all guests.
• Check-in: 4:00 pm | Check-out: 10:00 am (Central Time)
• Taxes: State, County, and City taxes are not included in the rates.
• Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Payment: Rental fees are due 30 days before arrival.
• Registration: Guests must register online with the Calypso Condominium Association , $60 per reservation, includes parking for one car.
