FREE BEACH SERVICE in season. We have already paid for your use of two beach chairs and an umbrella from the beach service. This saves you well over $200 for a week's use. You can rent more if you like.

CLOSE TO PIER PARK. The Tidewater Resort is 0.5 miles from Pier Park, PCB's most popular shopping and eating destination with well over 100 shops, restaurant, IMAX theatre and more. It is an easy walk for most people. Located on PCB's family oriented west end, the Tidewater Resort is arguably PCB's most luxurious condo resort. It is a true resort with it's own movie theatre (showing free movies on Wednesday and Saturday nights in season), a HUGE oceanfront exercise/fitness area (that includes treadmills, exercise machines, free weights, Roman spa and even women's and men's separate sauna and steam rooms), Starbucks and ice cream shop on site, inside oceanside cafe, east pool side Tiki Bar that serves food in addition to beverages, two large outdoor swimming pools, and one indoor pool.

Our unit, located on the 13th floor, is one of the highly sought after east end corner units with virtually all glass breathtaking views in the living area. In shopping for a condo, we literally searched all over Florida and Alabama. This unit has the most incredible views of any we have seen.

TWO MASTER SUITES, each with ocean views and king sized beds. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed. And there is a bunk area nestled in its own private area just off the queen sized bedroom's bathroom. The bunk has two twin bunks, plus another trundle bed pullout. Also in the unit are two queen sofa sleepers in the living room. So there is plenty of room for everyone!

Cable and FREE WIFI are included. ROKU Guest Mode TVs make it easy to use your own accounts (Youtube TV, Hulu, etc.). They will automatically sign out when you check out.

Tidewater Resort charges a one time pre-registration fee of $60 plus tax. A link will be provided to you when I send you the door codes and other check in information. The registration fee covers your entire party (not per person). PARKING: Up to three vehicles in the resort's parking deck. Maximum height is 7'2".

We had a wonderful stay! Brent emailed the check in information and tips and tricks ahead of time and it was so beneficial. He messaged day of to even let us know the room would be ready ahead of schedule. The property was cleaned and looked identical to the photos (my brother in law commented on this a lot.) We would absolutely come back! I cannot recommend enough!

5 Stars – A Dream Beach Getaway!

I recently stayed at this stunning front beach condo, and it exceeded all expectations! The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sand with breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee while watching the sunrise was pure bliss.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living space was cozy yet modern. You can tell the owners truly care about providing a high-quality experience.What really made the trip special was the easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether we were lounging by the water, exploring the area, or just relaxing inside, everything was convenient and stress-free.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and memorable beach vacation. Amazing Condo and Views

We had an incredible 7-day stay at this condo and honestly didn’t want to leave! The condo was exactly as advertised—spotless, well-maintained, and with a perfect layout. The photos don’t do justice to the breathtaking views you get to enjoy every day. The host was fantastic with communication, providing detailed instructions and making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.The condo was fully equipped. We felt completely at home during our time at Tidewater and loved every minute of it.Overall, it was a perfect vacation spot. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located condo with amazing views.

Excellent unit.

The unit was wonderful!!! Beautiful views, spacious and very clean. Everything was just as the pictures show. Owner was fantastic to work with and provided all the information needed well ahead of arrival. We were even blessed with an early check in.The Tidewater elevators were slow which is no fault of the owner.

Best views of Panama City Beach and Pier Park

We really enjoyed our 8 night stay in this beautiful condo with amazing views. The host was amazing as well and was able to adjust our visit by 3 days for a later than planned arrival. The host was quick to respond to any texts or questions we had. The Master bed was very comfortable as well. The automatic shade in the living room was nice to use in the afternoon as well. The kitchen had everything needed to make breakfast and dinner as well. Only 2 miles from Pier Park for great shopping and about 40 minutes to destin for premium outlet shopping. We came in October amd plenty of parking on 2nd floor walkway. They have both luggage dolly and shopping carts in lobby for groceries or luggage. Close by on 30A is turbo coffee and Lululemon in Grayton beach. Dees Hangout about 10 minuted from the condo is great food as well. Also enjoyed the oysters at Runaway Island on the beach. Thanks to our host for making it a very special vacation for us and accommodating our last minute schedule change. The condo was cool, clean, amazing views we highly recommend to other families as well.

It was a great start and ended okay, our only complaint was the elevator situation. 2 working elevators for a building with 30 floors working is not safe. That is not the fault of the owner, but the building code itself, and should have been fixed the same day they were shut off. Overall this is a beautiful area, and if you are a wine drinker go to Dusty's. Great dinners at Schooners.

Best View on the beach but…

Great host, amazing unobstructed view of the entire beach from the balcony. We were able to see sea turtles and sharks from the balcony. The condo has a little wear, but nothing crazy. The only issue we had was the elevators. There are not enough for the size of the resort. The wait times are long and there are no fans or a/c once you finally catch one. We eventually started taking the steps. It’s not that bad going down, going up is nice workout though but doable. If it wasn’t for the elevator situation I would give it 5 stars.

Tidewater 1317 was awesome. it was very clean. everything inside was furnished nicely!!! The porch...was so awesome. we spent allot of time there! The owner is very informative during the whole process during booking all the way to checkout. He hives you plenty of information during and for your stay! I would definately rent that unit again and again!

Awesome views!

The corner views were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the sunrise looking out one side of the living room and the sunset looking out the other. Everything was as advertised, including sometimes having to wait for the elevator. My husband and I often took the stairs to avoid waiting and to get some exercise, and the kids typically arrived via elevator about the same time as we did. The water and beach were lovely and the location was great for long walks on the beach in both directions. The 17-year-olds enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby outdoor shopping mall with lots of eating and entertainment options. All-in-all, it was a great place and we would be happy to stay there again.

Our trip was nothing short of fabulous! The condo was clean, well-stocked with supplies and great overall space for our family of 9. The view from the condo was simply amazing! Brent was very responsive and thorough and a pleasure to work with. We will be back for sure!

Great condo!

The condo was fantastic! We had everything we needed to feel at home all week. View was amazing! Kitchen had more than enough supplies for us to cook a couple of nights and make lunch every day. So spacious- we all had plenty of room to spread out and never felt cramped at all. The resort was always clean and staff located throughout. Depending on time of day, elevators had a small wait, but there are 7 elevators and they ran really quick considering they service 30 floors. Having an umbrella and lounge chairs at the beach daily was a major plus! Condo stayed really cool all week and fans were available if it got hot with all the windows. Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary trip

Gorgeous views

We enjoyed our week in the condo. The host was prompt in answering any questions I had, and even alerted us about tornado warnings going on in the area when we were there. Unlike most other rentals we have stayed at, they actually provided enough general supplies- like toilet paper, dishwash soap, garbage bags-to last us the week we were there which was nice. And the view was spectacular!!

Nice Clean Condo

Brent’s a great host condo was clean he has vacuum we were able to use everyday to keep it as we found it. Views were great. I wouldn’t want to stay any higher then 13th floor because we ended up using the steps every time we left and returned because the elevator’s in this condo complex are horrible!
