Your modern kitchen has a beach view, too and granite counter tops, high end cabinetry and updated appliances. It is well equipped with pots and pans, dishes, flatware and drink ware so you can cook anything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal. The dining room table has 6 chairs and additional seating at the bar. Plenty of room for everyone to play games and eat together.

A parking permit is required for each vehicle. Parking Permits and property bands are issued by the front desk at Regency Towers. Guests are limited to 2 parking passes. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. This is an additional fee and must be purchased upon arrival.
