Charming Dutch-Colonial style cottage and carriage house designed by Bobby McAlpine with large courtyard and picturesque pool.

Walk from the private pool and courtyard straight into the open kitchen and living area. The living space is offset with a large fireplace, vistas of the pool, and elegant but relaxed interiors. The open kitchen has a large island and a Viking stove and range. The scullery off of the kitchen holds double subzero refrigerators, a microwave, a coffee machine, a Nespresso, a Keurig, an additional sink, and lots of counter space and storage. There is an office and then on to the large master bedroom that opens onto the courtyard via French doors. The master has a king bed, large TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bath is luxurious with a large soaking tub as well as a gorgeous tiled shower. There are two staircases leading to the upstairs. At each end is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. In the middle is a comfy media room with a separate large bunk room with four built in twin beds. Both bedrooms and media room open onto a large porch overlooking the pool and courtyard. The entire house has shiplap walls and ceilings with a neutral color palette. There is a grill and outdoor shower in the courtyard.

The second story carriage house also looks over the pool and courtyard. It has a queen bed, a spacious kitchenette, and a full bath.
