Funseeker is on Cape San Blas and in beautiful Barrier Dunes. It has has tile in all areas except bedrooms and stairs where there is luxury Vinyl Plank. You will enjoy a spacious townhouse and well equipped kitchen. Kitchen has newer appliances and tile back splash as well as granite counter tops. It features 3 private decks and is just steps from the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. We fell in love with Cape San Blas and know you will too. We want you to enjoy our home and have taken steps to ensure you have everything you will need for a perfect vacation.
It also has 3 Flat Screen LED TV’s, set up for streaming your own steaming platforms with Amazon Firestick and Free WIFI.

Funseeker is located on one of the 3 freshwater ponds stocked with fish within the community. You can sit on the deck and see the turtles swimming and sunning themselves. This lake is right across from the Clubhouse with pool overlooking the beautiful gulf. It is less than a minute walk to beautiful Gulf of Mexico white sand, uncrowded beach.

The den features both Love seat and Queen sleeper sofa with very comfortable Memory foam mattress. There is an electric fireplace which provides ambiance and warmth in Winter, with 46” flat screen TV above. FUNSEEKER is an end unit and features a large picture window with window seat which provides lots of natural light. There is a large deck off the den with gulf, clubhouse and lake views. There is patio furniture and a gas grill on this deck. Also a gate which is nice for the little ones and pets.

For dining there is a dining table with seating for 6 and additional seating at the bar.
The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and tile back splash. Appliances updated with Whirlpool Stove, Refrigerator with Ice and water on door, Microwave and Dishwasher. There is also Coffee pot, Blender, Toaster, hand mixer as well as dishes, pots, pans, phone and kitchen utensils. There is a large pantry in the kitchen which really gives ample room for groceries and small appliances.

There is a full bathroom located between the kitchen and 2nd bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom is roomy and features a unique bedding arrangement with a Queen size bed and a built in full bed overhead which is fun for the little ones. There is a balcony off this bedroom with gulf view and it also features a new 21” flat screen TV as well as a small chest, night stand and lamp.

The next level is the large master Suite with a beautiful King Size bed with new top of the line mattress as well as dresser, armoire and 32” Flat-screen TV. Additionally it has a ceiling fan, reading lamps, phone and alarm clock. Adjacent is a large vanity/dressing area with double sinks. There is a separate area with large tiled shower and glass enclosure. The master bedroom has a good size deck with views of the clubhouse, gulf and the fishing lake below. The laundry area is also on this level and has a large capacity washer and dryer and iron and ironing board.

Underneath is parking for 2 vehicles, one is covered. You can park your boat in the designated area within the community. There is an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. This is great for washing off the sand and having a 3rd shower! There is a beach locker with beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler, sand and water toys and we also provide beach towels so you are all set to enjoy the beach!
There is also an exterior camera for security purposes and to monitor the public exterior of our home, front door and carport area.

Bring your family to experience Florida like it used to be -No High Rises here to mar your views – No crowds – just emerald green waters and unspoiled snow white beaches with sand dunes and sea oats blowing in the gulf breeze. When was the last time you built a bonfire on the beach at night or went horseback riding at sunset on the beach? Also, pets are allowed on the pet friendly beaches of Cape San Blas.
Sounds laid back but there are plenty of things to do here.
300 feet from the entrance of Barrier Dunes is a bike path that goes the entire length to the entrance of Cape San Blas (9 miles). St. Joseph’s State Park is within walking distance and has miles of white sand beaches, striking dune formations, a heavily forested interior, and a favorable climate for year-round outdoor recreation. Boat launching, picnicking, hiking trails, boating, fishing + can be found here. Also nearby is the Port St. Joe Country Club and Golf Course.

The St. Joseph Bay offers scuba diving, boat and sailing opportunities. Rentals can be made on the Cape at Scallop Cove and other shops. Both Appalachicola and Port St. Joe offer unique shops and antiques. There are many wonderful seafood restaurants from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola.

On the Cape: Coneheads' offers lunch and dinner as well as great ice cream, coffee & The Best Burgers and Seafood baskets ever! LongBill's is new 2021 and offers excellent seafood and traditional fare. St. Joe Shrimp Co. offers fresh seafood for cooking and does lunch. Low Country Boil is is great and just off the Cape on 30A, Indian Pass Raw Bar' is a favorite with lots of local color as well as it’s great oysters and seafood. 'The Trading Post' and 'Scallop Cove' offer Groceries & most everything you might need + Ice Cream shop and fresh Doughnuts at Webers Little Donuts .
