The master bedroom features a king bed with comfortable mattress. The guest bedroom includes a king bed, bunk beds, also with comfortable mattresses on each. Both bedrooms have their own full-sized bathroom with tub/shower combo and new removable handheld shower heads. The master is gulf-front with beautiful views of the gulf and balcony access to the oversized balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The generously sized guest bedroom includes a king bed, bunk beds for the kids, and private access to the guest bath!

The living room includes a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa, love seat, and sliding glass door to the balcony with an amazing view of the beach. If you're in the mood for watching Sports or a great movie, you will love the smart 70 in HD TV with surround sound, enhanced cable, and even a voice remote. If you must tend to business/work, you can use the desk and the unit’s wireless, high-speed internet.

The kitchen boasts beautiful granite counter tops, decorative tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the utensils and tools you need, even a Keurig. The dining area will seat up to ten comfortably, with six at the table and four at the counter

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
