Charming 1-bedroom bungalow in enchanting Panama City with WiFi, AC

This is the perfect little affordable getaway spot for 2! It is a very quiet retreat that is close to downtown Panama City, Historic St. Andrews, and only a short drive to the beach! The best of all worlds!!

This is a 300 Sq Ft private pool house (not attached to primary house). It has a full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has a stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates, utensils and a K-cup coffee maker. There is a king size bed that has a 12 inch mattress and is very comfortable. Next to the bed is a massaging recliner to relax as you watch TV. The TV is a 43” internet ready on a swivel bracket so you enjoy your streaming apps from the bed, chair or kitchen. The yard is a shared space. The pool and outdoor kitchen is in that shared space. We will likely never swim or use the outdoor kitchen at the same time as you, but we may be in the backyard doing projects and such. You will have your own driveway!
