Welcome to the newly renovated Majestic Beach 1 - 1303

Our owners have taken this beach home to a whole new level with a complete renovation. New everything that’s been coordinated with a designer’s eye for bringing in the coastal chic feel. Ship lap walls. A combination of White and Heron Grey wall colors. And Lace Oak luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. No carpet. Anywhere. You’re going to love your beach vacation here. But that’s just the beginning.
Here are some of the new features that make Majestic Beach 1303 special:
• Carefree check in so that you go right to the condo without checking in at a desk
• 1000+ square feet of living space on the 13th floor
• The large tiled balcony has been equipped with some new balcony furniture
• The Living room seats 6 with a 60” wall mounted Flat Screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa
• The Dining Area comfortably seats 7 between the farmhouse table and saddle seating at the counter. There’s even a spot to charge your phones and tablets there
• The large fully equipped Kitchen has been completely redone. New cabinets. Tiled backsplash, New Frigidaire stainless appliances. The owners have even equipped it with both a drip and Keurig coffeemakers. Plus of course a blender for your Margaritas
• Master Bedroom has a new KING bed with a upgraded mattress, shiplap highlight wall and a 55” wall mounted flat screen TV. The nightstands even having USB so that you charge your phone right next to you!
• Master Bath has new vanity, garden tub and separate shower
• The 2nd Bedroom features a KING bed with upgraded mattress and a 50” flat screen TV
• The 2nd bath also has a combination tub/shower
• The 3rd Bedroom has new Twin over Full bunk with upgraded mattresses. 35” Flat Screen too! This is a perfect spot for either kids or adults. Or both!
• There is a full size washer/dryer located in the hall way

About Majestic Beach:
Starting Jan 1st, 2024 guests will have to register with the resort and will have to pay $40 per vehicle.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Beautiful room and location, but could use an update on listing for off-season

The room is exactly as described. Check in process was just okay. Apparently they were waiting for a fire inspection that never occurred so we waited until 4pm to get in. We didn't know much about it until check in time as communication about it all was very minimal.Everything described in the listing, such as Starbucks/market/H20 bar and restaurant were all closed and under construction. They won't be open until at least March. It was cold (40s at night) and our room had no extra blankets or actual comforters. We were supplied sheets and a very thin blanket on each bed. When I messaged the property manager, I was told I should probably contact maintenance. I was also told that this is because of Covid?There's no beach chairs in the room and the winter months don't have beach service.kitchen was stocked well in terms of pots/pans/dishware. We were there for a long stay (1 week) and ran out of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. They did bring us extra toilet paper once I asked maintenance. I will say Maintenance were friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and we had no issues there.The indoor pool was heated and nice. Only 1 hot tub was actually hot.

Great view with clean rooms

This condo was perfect for our destination wedding getaway. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had comfortable beds. It was stocked with basic supplies needed to cook and clean. We loved it! My only concern was the elevators were not all working - nothing to do with this condo specifically. But during peak tourist times, this would be a huge problem.

The condo was beautiful and clean! There were not any extra blankets for the pull out couch and the blankets that were on the bed were very thin. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper, laundry detergent, sponge for washing dishes and trash bags. The condo was an amazing experience however, the info binder in the room was slightly misleading. There is no sauna and the instructions on where to bring trash for checkout were not clear. Balcony was an amazing addition with a great view!

Beach stay !

We planned a beach trip for a friend who had never traveled to Florida. The condo slept all 5 of us perfectly . The beds were comfy & the place was very clean. The parking garage is a little walk but no longer than 5-7 minutes . I recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing liquid , and your own laundry detergent. The only negative things I have to say is the guest bathroom has a sliding door at one entrance and it was a little difficult to move I wish it would’ve been a regular door. Other than that it was perfect definitely recommend

Birthday Beach Trip

We stayed four nights at this beautiful condo! It was everything we were hoping for and more! Gorgeous view and lots of space on the balcony. The walk to the parking garage was A LOT!! I did see it mentioned by someone else, but still was not ready for how far away it was. Highly suggest bringing toilet paper as you arrive. There was only one roll in each bathroom. With four ladies, we ran out pretty quickly!

A perfect beach getaway week

We enjoyed everything about our stay in this condo - from the comfy stylish furnishings to its gorgeous beach balcony view. The master jetted tub was awesome after a long drive! Everyone on property (security, cleaning staff, even other guests) was so friendly! PCB in general and this property in particular was refreshingly clean almost to the point of immaculate. We had read prior reviews that dinged "the parking situation" with this building - yes, there is a bit of walking involved but it's made easy with elevators, a covered walkway, and free use of luggage carts. The only thing we could have wished to be different was that the outdoor pools would have been warmer - but that's spring in FL (we'll come back next time in May or June). Altogether a wonderful experience, highly recommend this unit for a restful, relaxing time at the beach.

Great stay even with tons of spring breakers

We enjoyed our stay here. It was mostly clean except for the floors, which turn your feet very black. The laundry is in the bunk bed room closet which is strange, but worked out ok. The elevators are right outside the room which is really convenient and fast! The beaches were beautiful and an easy walk with kids. We'd stay here again. A couple things you should pack: hand soap, dish soap, curtains for the front 2 bedrooms, coffee filters (round), pool towels, laundry soap, TP, extra trash bags and dishwasher soap. There's tons of pillows and linens were nice and clean.

Relaxing and Easy!

Beautiful space that has all the soothing beach vibes you could want! Decor isn't cheesy, furnished with cute pieces, and spacious. Beds are comfy, place is clean and view is gorgeous! One small thing was that there were a few kitchen essentials missing (wine opener, whisk) but otherwise super! Would definitely stay here again!

Fall Break

We absolutely love Majestic, we have stayed at this condominium 7 times and the one tome we didnt we regretted it! The condos are always nice and you can't beat the amenities.
