Beachy, Relaxing, Two-Bedroom, Gulf-Front Condo in Ocean Reef with Awesome Balcony Features!

Even when you are in the condo, you still feel like you are on the beach!! This very well decorated unit was designed to give you the relaxing vacation you deserve after all of your hard work on the job. The Beautiful curtains resemble the oceans waves! Two large full size sliding doors open up to the oversize ocean front balcony on the 15th floor. One Sliding door is in the Living area and the other is in the Master Bedroom. These large sliding doors provide a view to die for, even from your king size bed where you can nap to the sound of the ocean! On the balcony there are 4 lounge chairs and a high table with 4 chairs that allow viewing over the balcony rail!

The kitchen is fully equipped with every tool of the trade possible!! The kitchen includes a nice and clean tile backsplash and granite countertops.

To keep this unit clean fresh and allergy free we have tile throughout the entire unit. We also use Sunbrella fabric that resists odors and dirt on curtains bed skirts and furniture.

The King Master and 2 Queen Guest beds have high quality comfortable mattresses. The Living room Queen sofa bed has a comfortable Memory Foam mattress. Each bedroom has a wall mounted full swivel TV with Blue Ray DVD.

The Living area has 2 cozy recliners along with the sofa bed couch and a cute little desk that make a good place for your laptop. A large wall mounted full swivel TV with Blu Ray DVD can be adjusted to watch from the kitchen, dining room, living room and you can even spin it around to watch from part of the balcony.

If you have a large group, no worries, there are 4 stools at the breakfast bar and 8 stools around the dining table. All with a nice view of the ocean.

There are two full bathrooms. Master and Guest. Both, with lovely vessel sinks and granite counter tops. You will find extra towel rods to hang up all of those beach towels to dry.
Plenty of room to toss your beach gear in the laundry room with your own washer and dryer stack.
Free Wireless internet and cable TV is included.

Your assigned parking place is just 3 spaces from the elevator and your unit is just 10 steps from the elevator. This is very convenient throughout your visit. No dragging suitcases and groceries long distance through crosswalks and multiple elevator changes. There are two wagons in the laundry room to help you move things back and forth to your car or the beach.

This condo includes two swimming pools and a Hot Tub. One pool is indoors. The other pool and Hot Tub are situated on the beach side with lovely views of the beach and ocean. All pools are heated seasonally. There is a workout room on the 6th floor that includes elliptical, treadmills and a sauna. This workout room is situated with a full view of the beach and ocean.

Ocean Reef Condominium is located directly on the beach in the more quiet, family friendly west end of Panama City Beach. Ocean Reef is approximately 1.5 miles from the most popular shopping, dining and entertainment venue, Pier Park. Also surrounding Ocean Reef is plenty of dining and entertainment. Perfect location!

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
