  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Localização e vista do mar fantásticas. Apartamento bem decorado, espaçoso e funcional conforme o anúncio. A lavanderia estava desorganizada, cheio de itens de praia sujos de areia de outros hóspedes. O ar condicionado funcionou perfeitamente porém apresentou condensação e humildade no teto e na parede da sala. No mais foi uma experiência incrível, a Melissa foi muito legal e simpática. The unit was beautiful, modern and no expense was spared with the upgrades. We loved being in Tower I with views of the lagoon pool and ocean. We have been coming to Edgewater for over 25 years and this is the best unit we have stayed in. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the matress cover in the master bedroom that was noticed after removing the sheets after our stay and the cleanliness beneath the bed that was noticed after picking up an item that rolled under the bed.

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and overall had a good time. The condo itself is in a great location with a huge balcony and beautiful views. It’s very spacious and had plenty of room and wristbands for everyone, which was super convenient.That said, there were some downsides. The condo could definitely use a deeper cleaning—there was dust everywhere, and even something sticky left on one of the doors. With the amount you pay for a cleaning fee, you would think they’d do a better job. Some of the items left for guests, like beach chairs and toys, were broken and honestly should just be thrown out. One of the sliding doors was broken, and all the lights are motion-sensor, which was frustrating at night when trying to use the bathroom since there’s no way to turn them off. It also took a while to get responses from the host.Overall, the location and size make it a great spot for a group, but with better upkeep and attention to cleaning, it could be so much better.

The nicest, most beautiful property we have ever rented!

This condo was by far the most beautiful property we’ve ever rented! Every detail of the décor was so unique and thoughtfully chosen. It was immaculately clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable and luxurious—we honestly can’t say enough good things about it!

Never Again

Edgewater Resorts security man was horrible at night. Condo not what expected… felt very uncomfortable, wasn’t clean, furniture ripped and not enough bracelets for our entire party of 10 to enjoy amenities together. Wasn’t there 12 hours and left and won’t go back.

Nice condo? but stressful. READ BEFORE YOU RENT

The one good thing I can say, is the maintenance man was very nice and tried his best to be helpful. Most of the lights are motion detection, therefore when you move the lights come on. This would be okay, but it gets annoying when you walk down the long hall, and it looks like you are walking in a club. Also, there is no way to turn them off. So many of the light switches were broken, I had to turn the living room light off by the breaker box, because the only thing that would work it was a remote that was broken, and the owner did not have a spare. I would be in bed in the middle of the night and if I moved my cover off my legs, the lights in the bathroom (LED and very bright with no door) would come on and stay on for 5 minutes. The ice maker did not work; therefore, you have to buy ice for $6.00 a bag. The first two days in this condo was beyond annoying. I was constantly calling the poor maintenance guy, and he was so nice, and even facetimed with me to try and figure out which light switch worked the lights, but they were all broken!!! When I took a shower, the handle holding the shower wand fell off. The keyless door lock was not working, so I changed the batteries in it. I told my husband; this condo was the gift that keeps on giving. Stressful Condo to say the least.

Ac went out for multiple hours. Water leaking from the ceiling in multiple areas. Fridge took days to get cold. Washer wouldn’t spin properly. Dryer took multiple cycles to dry. Kitchen sliding door was broken allowing hot air in. Front door battery needed changed. Mold in all bathrooms and one bedroom. Paint was falling from the ceiling in one room with major water leak. Decorations were gorgeous though.

Wonderfully kept grounds and unit! Everything was great but both hot tubs were closed until our last day which was a bummer. Our unit was just as described & shown in the photos and great communication from the manager! Will def stay here again!

The places was beautiful

This place was absolutely gorgeous. The view was amazing and me and my friends loved to get together and get away for a week. The only problem we had was with security. We went to a few bars while we stayed and just left to do something every night with 10 girls one of us are always going to leave or forget something and every night someone forgot their id band and when I say harassment is an understatement I mean it. Even with my conformation as a person who actively stayed in the building they would almost always have an issue with letting us back in no matter if some of us had id bands on. They wouldn’t have a problem some nights and others when we split from the group and arrived separately back to the building we would have the most trouble. Other than that everything was amazing and our renter was the most wonderful woman!

Great place to make great family memories

We had a great time here making family memories in May 2023. Location was great had great restaurants around l, grocery store was very close which was great! Would have been great if we had stocked with toilet paper and paper towels one roll in each bathroom was not enough for our stay of 7 nights. Melissa was great! Melissa responded quickly to my texts and was very helpful with suggestions to go to great restaurants and some places to go to have some fun with the family. We will definitely be back! Great view of the beach and pool and to wake up to looking out at the ocean was breathtaking. You really need to book this place will not disappoint it was beautiful place to make memories with our family worth every penny 😉! Thank you Melissa we will definitely be back for sure. Book this place you will not regret!

Just what we needed.

We booked this for a downtime /split drive portion of our 16-17 hour drive from Orlando to Texas with three under 4, so this is exactly what we needed. Everyone was comfortable and we were able to decompress and rest, thank you so much.
