Have fun with the whole family at this stylish family friendly place. Located centralized close to restaurants, bars, grocery store and St. Andrews state park.

House features 2 bedrooms on upstairs floor, each bedroom with its own bathroom. Ground floor consists of living room, kitchen, laundry and another full bathroom.

Patio has beach access and chairs for your comfort.

Perfect Family Getaway – Right on the Beach!

Our family had the most amazing time at this 2-bedroom, 3-bath condo in Panama City Beach! The location was absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning views and easy access to the sand and surf. You really can’t beat waking up and walking straight out to the ocean!The condo has clearly been recently remodeled—it’s modern, clean, and organized. The layout was perfect for our family, with spacious bedrooms and the added convenience of three full bathrooms. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained.We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the Orbi mesh WiFi system which gave us strong, fast internet throughout the entire unit (even with multiple devices connected!). The kitchen was fully stocked, including both a K-Cup and drip coffee maker—perfect for everyone’s preferences in the morning. Being right on the beach made it so easy to come and go throughout the day, and we loved being close to family-friendly restaurants and attractions. The host was great to communicate with and made the whole process seamless.Highly recommend this condo to any family looking for comfort, convenience, and beachfront views—we can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic just needs small upgrades

Overall this unit is wonderful. A couple small upgrades would make it perfect. Could use some nicer technology(bigger tv in living room, tv in second bedroom), kitchen could use some upgrading. Overall a 8.5 or 9 out of 10. Would stay here again.

Getaway

This condo has lovely and comfortable furnishings. The mattresses were superior! It had everything we needed. We noticed the upstairs air conditioner wasn't cooling around 8 p.m. the first night. I notified Sunny and he was there within 15 minutes to fix it. He ended up having the air conditioner replaced the next day and issued a credit to our account for the inconvenience. Very pleassant to work with. Will stay there again.

Amazing Ocean View!

The house was just as listed. The parking space was large which made unloading and reloading the car very easy. The home was well decorated and the location is perfect. Beach access is a breeze! Right off the back patio and straight into the sandy beach ⛱️ The home is located conveniently near shops and restaurants as well as Walgreens, Dollar General and Walmart. The owner was awesome and made check in and out a breeze. We will definitely return soon 👌☺️

Short Vacay

This was a great place for our family, unit was clean. Walk out the back door and you are on the beach. Life gurard post is within 50 feet of your location. This area was busy with a variety of beach gowers No out of control drunks or obnoxious behaviors. Its very quiet at night which was great. Keep in mind Its not brand new and has some cosmetic flaws, but you will enjoy the views and access to the beach. Unit had several beach chairs, floats, and sand toys which was awesome!

Perfect Family trip!

The place was so nice! Being directly in the beach was amazing. The home is just like shown in the pics! The host is very communicative! Youre family will enjoy your stay. This is located close to everything, food, family activities, etc. It was definitely sad having to leave, but our family had a great time!

Home away from Home!

This was our first time staying in a townhouse instead of a condo. So I wasn’t sure what to expect. Overall we were very happy with our stay. However, there were some pros and cons to this home. I loved that it was directly on the beach and it was very quiet at night. One thing I didn’t like was being so close to a public access. So there were always a lot of people on the beach. This may be the norm but like I said before this was our first time in a townhouse. We are used to having a condo with rental chairs. House does need some minor repairs and did not have good water pressure. Other than that this was a wonderful Home away from Home!

Excellent beach access!

This place is very cozy. It is perfect for a quiet and relaxing time at the beach. The direct access to the beach makes this place 5 stars. We loved the layout of this condo. We renjoyed the bedrooms being upstairs and the living space downstairs. It makes it nice for parents with young adults. Also, the hosts are very accommodating and communicate well.

Perfect location! No hassle of staying in a high rise. I would definitely recommend this place !

Easy, stress free check in. If you are looking for something more private with no hassle of taking elevators up and down to access your room this is the place. We walked right out to our private patio connected to the beautiful beach. We had a great time here !

Extended vacation

The location was nice being right on beach but too crowded. We won’t stay on this end anymore. The property itself very outdated. Not real clean. The showers have no water pressure. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. Inside unit very noisy. Upstairs smells of mold.

Loved walking out onto the beach in just a few steps

Although we were expecting a house on the beach, the townhouse was nice. Just a few things need some work - sliding glass door was difficult to open/close, lamp in master bedroom was broken, inside shower curtain needs replacement, and was a little pricey. All in all, nice trip and would definitely return to this property.

Recent Stay

Loved everything about this rental! Private setting and highly recommend for families with young kids. The beach was not crowded at all for July in this area. Felt safe to leave our belongings on beach while coming back and forth throughout the day. Sunny was clear when corresponding, quick with response and very accommodating to our requested needs.Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location. Terrible Manager. Property not ready for rent.

While the location and beach access are great, the property manager and readiness of property are unsatisfactory and misleading. List follows: Front exterior lights out. Electrical receptacle covers missing up and downstairs. Power cable coming into house repaired with electrical tape. TV's/remotes in every room, but no television service. Sand in bed requiring that sheets be washed. Inadequate supply/quality of towels. No hand towels/worn wash towels (where provided). No towel racks in bathrooms. No shelving/hanging rods in closets. All closets have maintenance items in them rendering them unusable to renters. Headboard not attached to bed frame. Microwave handle missing. Photos available for all discrepancies noted. When we presented this info to manager, he essentially called me a liar saying that none of this was true. I invited him to come over and walk the property and he denied even though he said that he was local. He said that I could leave and be charged one night stay. I agreed as I could not stay here another night. Then the charges came in: Listing for one night, Cleaning fee; Service fee Lodging tax. This is robbery for a rental that was uninhabitable and unsafe. VRBO has a chance in making this right with a full refund. Otherwise, I surely won't be renting through VRBO again and certainly not from Sunny. I had friends with me and certainly was looking forward to a great couple of days. Instead, worst experience ever.

Summer Vacation June 2021

Absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. The location is great and the beach view is amazing. Love the fact that both bedrooms are upstairs with only the living and kitchen downstairs. Even the kids enjoyed everything it had to offer. We go the PCB every summer and this will be a new go to town house for our family.

Great place to stay, great host.

We were able to make a last minute booking at a hidden gem on the beach. Our host Sunny was very accommodating and responsive to all of our requests. Did I mention we were right on the beach? They even had some beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for the kids. Nothing like walking off your porch deck and onto the sugar white sands of panama city beach and into the beautiful gulf of Mexico surf. I've got our next stay already booked so I don't mind letting others know about this great place to stay.
