BOOK NOW!! Come stay in this spacious Golf Villa located in beautiful Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Villa is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities and comforts of home. Villa is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa to accomodate any additional guests. Unit has been recently updated with new paint, new mattresses on each bed, new carpet, and new furniture. Master Bath now has a marble walk in shower. One of the many pools on site is located right behind the unit. You an sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home or if you prefer, there are several dining options on the resort. Oceans Bar and Grill, if you prefer more of an upscale dining experience, or for more of a casual atomosphere, the beachfront Bimini Sand Bar is always a good choice. The resort also has a Pizza Hut, Starbucks Coffee and Edgie's Corner Market.

Recreational amenities include a lagoon-style pool, 11 additional pools, and four spa tubs. A shuffleboard court and 11 tennis courts are also on site. There is a fitness center, spa center and of course there is the Executive Par Three Golf Course.

There is definitely something for everyone at this resort! Too many amenities to list! If you find time to leave the resort, you will find Pier Park a short 4 miles away. Pier Park hosts a large outdoor shopping mall and houses multiple restaurants including Jimmy Buffett's Margaritiville. Shipwreck Island Water Park is within walking distance from the resort along with many more attractions!

Come and see for yourself, our villa is the perfect accomodation. It offers privacy while still offering all of the amenities that you would expect at the only full service resort on Panama City Beach!!

Very comfortable and ample space. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet which was nice. Everyone used the master shower because it was AMAZING - dual shower heads, huge space, walk-in shower. The resort amenities were nice. Restaurant on site was convenient, but a little pricey. The pools were all over the place which was nice.

Spacious Villa at Edgewater

Villa was laid out perfectly with plenty of space. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, nice kitchen and dining room, and spacious living room. There are 2 balconies with the main balcony off the living room that overlooks the pool and has a view of a pond and golf course. There is a pool and tram spot just outside the villa which is very convenient. This is the first time we stayed in a location that didn't have a ocean/beach view. The plus side to that is it is very quiet and less crowded, but you still have access to Edgewater pools and hot tubs and the tram will drive you to the gate of the beach. Unit is located on the 2nd floor. Plenty of parking space outside the unit. AC worked great and beds were comfortable. I loved the decor and look of the unit, personally not a big fan of the beach theme and colors so this was perfect. Owner responded to all of my questions and was very friendly and helpful! We stayed 8 days and our family had a wonderful trip!

Peaceful

I would highly recommend this place if you don’t need all the excitement from being on the beach your tucked away. Tim, the property manager was awesome. I annoyed him constantly with questions and he was so responsive. The only thing is you’re not on the beach, which didn’t bother me because I don’t have any small children.

Very comfortable especially with children

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit felt very large and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. We loved having the pool right by us but also loved being able to access all other pools and spas on site. We can’t wait to return!

Quiet and close to the pool

It is definitely quiet and close to the pool. Beautiful kitchen counter tops! Needs some normal routine maintenance and repairs, just like any place would.

Great, clean place

We stayed only for the weekend. Overall, the location was not bad, and the condo was clean. We did not see the ocean so cannot speak about how far it is, but it did not seem to be in walking distance. Also, cannot speak to the resort itself since we did not get to see it or experience. I think the condo is comfortable for a family stay.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here for our Summer Vacation! When we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again. The villa was very spacious! The resort is very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants and the tram service was great!

Edgewater Resort

Had a fabulous time! Close to several attractions and amazing restaurants. Just a quick ride to the beach by trams provided by the resort. The pools and golf course were great! Thanks Tim for a wonderful vacation experience.

The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings were newer and of high quality. The master shower is huge with good water pressure. Ac works great. We enjoyed it. I would stay here again.

Edgewater Villas

Overall our stay was great! The villa was like a home away from home. Very easy to get around the complex and to the beach. The listing states that there are tennis courts and basketball courts available but you have to pay daily to rent them. The golf course, that’s understandable paying to play their par 3 course.

We had a great stay at the condo. The beds were some of the most comfortable that I’ve ever had at a rental. The place is decorated nice and has great access to a heated pool.

Great Location

The location is amazing and the main pool is beautiful. There is a heated pool directly behind the condo. When we arrived, there had been a miscommunication and the condo hadn’t been cleaned since the last renters, but fortunately I had laundry detergent and cleaning wipes and was able to get it cleaned up enough until the cleaner arrived the next day. Tim was very apologetic and made it right as quickly as possible. The bedrooms in the condo are great, but the living room area could use some updating and brightening up. Even with these factors, I would definitely stay here again (and likely will!)

Nice place but communication not so much

The place was nice but we were told that we had to have parking passes for the motorcycles and they would be twenty dollars a piece but we didn’t need them. We left them with security, after we paid the owner for them and now he has two that he doesn’t have to pay for. We contacted them about getting our forty bucks back but no one wants to return our emails about it. There were a few other things but I won’t list them on here because they weren’t a major issue.
