The property was super clean and nice. The location was great. Pool was beautiful. Furniture could use some updates and the kitchen needs a spatula and definitely needs some new cookware.

The property was older but nice. The condo really needs to update the furniture throughout. We would have been interested in reserving next year, but the living room furniture is very worn out. We enjoyed staying on the first floor though. I unfortunately came into dirty socks laying in the kitchen area. And swim trunks on the balcony. Not particularly what you would expect with the money I paid to rent it. Also never been in a condo with roach baits throughout and every where. I have been renting for over 30 years and never came across that. Overall liked the location.

Girls Trip 2025

The location of the property was perfect. Although the unit was clean,feel like it is time for a sofa update and new mattress's. We were very excited to be near the pool. As it turned out, it was not so pleasant. There were lots of people with loud speakers at the pool. Lots of people smoking and vaping. Ignoring all the rules.

Spring Break with family

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Tidewater and our first time in this specific condo. We loved it! We have a special needs son, so being on the 1st floor was a huge help with not having to wait too often for the elevators! There was so much space throughout the condo that we didn’t feel crammed together at night to watch the March Madness games. There are a lot of things to do within walking distance and even taking our vehicle out to dinner was good because there are a lot of shops and places to eat that aren’t too far. We had a wonderful time here!

Tidewater Resort

Would have been really nice if the resort itself would have heated outdoor pools, shame they have these 2 huge outdoor pools that were colder than the ocean itself and this tiny indoor pool for everyone to cram into just to swim. Condo was spacious, fully loaded with beach chairs, beach toys, shovels and boogie boards! Condo rental is managed by family and they kept in touch just to make sure there wasn't anything we didn't need. They were willing to come right away when I advised them of a minor issue, nothing major just knobs loose and a cabinet door falling off but other than that the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay :)

Great location but has maintenance issues

This property had plenty of room for my group of 6. However, the bunk beds were not really functional. The top bunk railing was loose and I was uncomfortable allowing that to be used. The bottom bunk did not provide enough room for small child to easily slide in. Grateful this was located on the first floor because use of the elevators were not fully functional throughout the stay. The hot tub closest was not working. We were able to walk to the complete other side to use the other one. The beds were very uncomfortable and the mattress protectors rustled with every small movement. Every person is my group struggled to sleep because of the noise and poor comfort. Many of the sheets or dust ruffles had stains that looked like dried blood. The unit below us informed us that there was a leak in their ceiling, likely from something from our unit. When we inspected, these was some debris buildup on the water heater. It looked like a small leak, creating a mass of something that looked like and smelled like sewage. Management did send maintenance over to inspect. I was told it was a building issue and they would be working with the HOA. Most amazing aspect of this unit is the proximity to the beach and relative closeness to Pier Park.

Hubby Bday Trip

We liked everything except the elevators on our side was down. They had a sign up but we later found out they had been down since April. It was extremely long waits for the elevators. My mom and aunt came with us and it was too hard for them trying to walk over to the other side and use stairs.

Only one elevator in whole building worked. We had no lights in our hall way. Had to use flash lights to walk down hallway to our room. Seen multiple cockroaches in hallway.

April 2024 review

The furniture needs replacing. Every piece is worn completely out. The couches sink to the bottom when you sit on them and the chairs have holes. The mattresses are also very worn out. The entire condo is in need of major updates.

1st floor

Be glad this is on the first floor, passed many angry people waiting in line for the elevators, we just used the stairs avoid this problem. The room did have a laundry machine in the unit which I did t see in the listing. The room also had a bunch of beach chairs and boogie boards (some were broken). If I would have known this I wouldn’t have packed mine.

Condo is beautiful

We recently stayed and the condo was beautiful. It could have been cleaned a little better as my 11 month was trying to eat chip crumbs and a piece of popcorn off the ground from a previous family. I loved that it was on the 1st floor as it was easy to take the stairs due to the elevator being busy. The owners had chairs and boogie boards to accommodate plus the 2 chairs that came with the stay. It is close to restaurants. The views from the living area and balcony were beautiful.

Family trip 2023

We had 6 adults and 3 babies 2 and under. The condo was beautiful with a great view of beach, pool, and street. Being on the first floor was perfect for our group as we avoided elevator waits for the most part. The Tidewater staff was constantly working to keep the common areas clean and security was everywhere. Our condo was perfect, clean, nicely furnished and having 3 bathrooms and 3 parking spaces were a huge benefit. The weather was bad and the beach was dangerous with double red flags but we still had the best time thanks to the comfort of our condo. I highly recommend for large groups. If we return as a family I will look to book this property again.

Great place, great views, lots of stuff for the family to do!

This is an awesome property. We selected a busy weekend and had to deal with some longer than expected waits at the elevators. At the end of the day, we enjoyed days of relaxation at the beach, pool S, etc. We will be back!

Great Time Away

Great location right on the beach/oceanfront. Being on the first floor was good but since we had a baby in the stroller, we still had to use the elevator. Beautiful condos and all needs met. Tidewater has LOTS of rules and staff is not the friendliest especially security but that has nothing to do with this condo/owner. We only had one issue and that was a TV not working but FourStar was GREAT and had it fixed in less than a couple of hours! There were 8 of us there and we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Not worth the money I paid.

The condo was still being cleaned when I tried to get in. The place wasn’t cleaned very well. Someone needs to paint and update the entire condo. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The only good thing was that is on the beach but not worth the money I paid to stay there .
