The backyard offers a private 800 sq ft outdoor deck, huge custom wood bar with tiki lights, outdoor TV, a Weber grill, prep sink and plenty of room to spread out on one of the two outdoor sofas or hanging chair swing.

The main house offers a cozy living room, an appointed kitchen, two bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a set of twin beds and a full sized bath. The laundry room and one of the 2 outdoor showers are located just off the exterior of the house and also accessible via the main house's bathroom. The additional bedroom, complete with a queen bed, is located in the accessory dwelling. It offers a quiet and comfortable space with an ensuite bathroom. It's perfect for those that like their space or like to sleep in. There is a second outdoor shower at the rear of the property for your use as well.

After a full day at the beach, you'll feel right at home at the Sunnyside Up beach cottage. Or if you prefer, take in one of the great seafood restaurants. 30A is just 10 minutes away to the west and all the fun amenities in Panama City Beach are located to the east.

- We require a valid email address, $500 security deposit, a valid phone number, copy of drivers license, guest list and signed contract for all reservations.

- Early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available.

- This home is not pet-friendly.

- Exceeding more guests than what is on the reservation will result in eviction, forfeiture of $500 security deposit plus an additional $100 per any guest per night over our 6 guest max.
