Featuring ample space for everyone, including a huge backyard and outdoor dining area is sure to be the place you want to begin your beach escape.
*The space Quick access to places like St. Andrew's State Park, Rick Seltzer Park, Treasure Island Marina for a day of deep-sea fishing, and Captain Anderson's Marina for dinner on the lagoon, this home is perfectly positioned to allow you to choose your level of activity. You will be able to enjoy the most relaxing vacation you've ever taken to Panama City Beach and still be close enough to jump into the action when you're ready.
Public boat ramp is less than a 5-minute walk away and you can watch the boats load up in the afternoon. Speaking of boats, bring yours with you and launch it from here! All of this, and you'll still be within walking distance to the sugar-white sand of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches and several amazing family friendly restaurants.
*PARKING
Guests have access to the private concrete driveway. There is room for two vehicles. Street parking is not permitted, but trailer or boat parking is allowed in the driveway as long everything fits completely on the concrete.
*LIVING AREA
This beautiful home boasts and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen space which is perfect for family gatherings and game nights. When it's time to relax, cozy up with the family and talk about your day. This open-concept area, along with the kitchen and dining spaces, provide easy access to the private fenced backyard. Head outside after a fun filled day at the beach with your favorite cocktail and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunset while you lounge in the outdoor covered area with the ocean breeze and watch the kids play in the sand.
*KITCHEN & DINING
Wake up late (you're on vacation!) and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, four people can dine at the table and an additional 4 at the kitchen island. Want to dine outside in the cool Gulf breeze? Step out onto the covered patio and take a seat at the table that seats 6 or can be opened up to 8.

*THE AREA
If you do want to venture away from the home, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park which is less than a mile away. This home's prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, ZooWorld Zoological Park and a huge array of dining options like Schooners (The last Local Beach CLub) and Patches Pub. For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini-golf, take the family for a quick car ride to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center.
*THERMOSTAT: The thermostat is located in the living room. Temperature cannot be set below 70 degrees in order to prevent damaging the air conditioning unit. 2 AC window units available upstairs and are expected to be turned off when not in the room.
*CHILD FRIENDLY AMENITIES: Children's Books Toys Puzzles Board games Cards Charades High Chair Booster Seat Pack n Play Sound Machine Stroller
All games are expected to be put back in their original packaging with all of the pieces in tact. Please make sure to put items back exactly where you got them.
*BEACH AMENITIES: Portable fold up beach wagon An assortment of sand toys Baby/toddler pop up beach tent Boogie Boards Fishing poles/Fishing cart
Please bring beach towels as we do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
Guests are expected to clean the sand off the beach amenities within reason and return back to their original spot before checkout.
*HOUSE RULES*
(Not following house rules can result in cancelation of your reservation without a refund, if you don't follow house rules you will be asked to leave without a refund!)
*You must have a working phone number!
*AGE REQUIREMENT, NO PARTIES, and NO DRUGS: The booking guest must be 25 or older and must stay the duration of the period. We may consider younger guests on a case-by-case basis. Guests who book under false pretenses will be fined $500 and required to leave without refund.
If a party occurs or there is evidence of illegal drug use, the police will be called, the guests will be fined $500, and the reservation will be cancelled without refund.
*NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE: No smoking or vaping inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke outside the house, but must dispose of any smoking-related trash in the proper receptacles.
*Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy for this unit is 8, including children of any age. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payment refund.
*PETS: 2 dogs up to 50 pounds are allowed (Please inquire about bigger dogs). ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING*** $150 pet fee.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE KEEP ALL DOGS OFF THE FURNITURE. DOGS MUST ACCOMPANY THE GUESTS AT ALL TIMES OR BE CRATED.
Although the backyard is fully fenced, there are occasional sand spurs that might hurt doggy paws. We highly recommend walking the dogs in the front.
*Septic The home is on a septic tank so we ask that you please follow the following instructions to avoid overflow of the septic tank and any fees for damages.
1. Never pour grease down the drain. ... 2. Scrape food waste into the garbage, not down the drain. 3. Nothing that doesn't come out of a human goes into the toilet except toilet paper. 4. Place baby wipes in the garbage. 5. Clean out shower drain after each shower. 6. Report any drain issues to the landlord as soon as possible.
*ENTRY: Upon receipt of the booking guest's government-issued ID, and signed rental agreement we will message the door code for the electronic keypad.
*Sleeping Arrangements There are 3 Bedrooms, the first room boasts a King Bed. The second room boasts a Queen bed. The third room boasts two twin bunk beds.
BUNK BEDS ARE FOR CHILDREN 14 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER AND HAVE A WEIGHT LIMIT OF 200LBS.
*CLEANING SUPPLIES: Maintaining a good level of cleanliness will make your checkout process easier as well as maintain the ambiance of this peaceful home. To assist you we have provided a broom and dustbin, vacuum, and an assortment of cleaning chemicals.
*TRASH: Trash is picked up every Thursday. Please feel free to carry trash into the outdoor trash can at any time. We have walk up service, the trashcan just needs to be visible from the street.
*Check-In / Check-Out Times Check-in begins after 4:00 PM (CST). Parking in the home’s driveway and/or unloading of personal items prior to 4 P.M. is not permitted. Our teams will need unrestricted access to the home preparing for your arrival until 4 P.M. Check-out time is 10:00AM (CST). No early check-in or late check-outs will be permitted. Attempted early check-in prior to 4 P.M. or guests not checked out promptly at 10 A.M will be billed a full day’s rent charge. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures.
*Damage Policy Guests are responsible for the property, its contents, and themselves during occupancy. Guests must lock windows and doors securely when not on the premises. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the unit is prohibited. We ask that you please take care of our home.

Lots of space. Well appointed.
Well supplied kitchen. Great space.
The king bed needs to be replaced. The living area would also benefit from some task lighting.
Neighborhood was quiet yet close to the beach and many restaurants.

Awesome!
This location was exactly what we needed. I was impressed with the variety of appliances that were in the kitchen. I really wish there had been blinds over the doors in the bedrooms. Seems a little pointless to have blinds on the windows but then have a giant glass door for the whole world to see in. There was also a hole in the backyard gate and while the listing says they’re “may be” some sand spurs, there’s a whole plant of them outback so definitely do not let your pets roam free, which is advised in the listing. The couch and it’s cleanliness were less than stellar but putting a giant blanket we brought on top made it pretty comfy. Overall, we would come back, but probably bring something to hang over the doors upstairs.
