    This Tropic Winds Condo is located directly on the beach and has 3 Bedrooms & 3 Full Bathrooms, Located on the 6th floor the condo has Beachfront views that you just dream of. The very oversized, 10' x 28' balcony is amazing!! Just minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. We are located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park on the quiet west end of the beach. It is a perfect retreat whether your looking for family time, a fun filled vacation, a relaxing quiet time or a romantic getaway.

    Upon arrival you will park in your OWN assigned parking space just a few feet from the elevators. Extra Paid parking across the street.

    The kitchen is completely ready and waiting for you with everything you will need. Stainless steel appliances with extra large Refrigerator & Freezer and Microwave and Dishwasher.

    All new wood look tile floors.

    We want you to enjoy your beach experience as much as your time in the condo, and have provided for your convenience including a Tea pot and crock pot.

    This is one of the cleanest and adorable condos you will find.

    Our complex also offers many great amenities. We have a lovely indoor/outdoor pool, a sauna, an exercise room facing the Gulf, 2 New charcoal Grills and 3 Gas Grills with Picnic tables and lounge chairs all Beachfront. Beachfront outdoor hot tub.

Great Condo

Everything was perfect!! Condo and all of facilities were clean and neat. Easy access to beach, Hugh balcony, very well equipped condo, comfortable beds and furniture. One of the best condos I have stayed in at Gulf.

Beach vacation

Third time to stay here. Weather was great. Nice having 3 bedrooms and 3 bath rooms. Large balcony was very enjoyable. Just about everything you need at the beach was provided( sand toys, etc)

Really nice place to stay

Great view of the ocean from a very spacious deck. Having private bathrooms was a plus. Kitchen had every gadget you could want or need. Beds sleep well and overall it was really nice place to stay.

Great property on West End of PCB

Owners were great on communication. Fully stocked condo with beach toys, towels, chairs, coolers. The Labor Day week was quiet and the beach service ended early but we still had a great time. Water was beautiful and love the location.

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time here for our stay in PCB. The property was clean and had everything we needed. There are 3 elevators and they are fast. We never waited more than a minute or two max. The beach was wonderful and you are close to lots of restaurants and attractions.

Always Awesome

We’ve stayed at several of the condos managed by this property manager and they are always top notch! Condos are always clean and furnishings are always super nice. The kitchen has everything you could need if wishing to make a meal at the condo. We love this end of the beach as it tends to be quiet and family friendly. You cannot go wrong staying here!

Loved the condo!

Loved the condo! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. Loved watching the ocean from the balcony and listening to the waves! Would swim in the ocean and if it got to hot then we would jump in the pool.

Definitely recommended to stay: the condo looked just like the vrbo pics… The Managers of this condo property answered the phone &/or our text messages quickly to help answer any questions &/or concerns we needed fulfilled… we loved the beach & pool convenience, & used the stairs often verses the elevator!!! Then Around the corner, we found a pickleball court to play one morning… we would definitely stay here again…

Just like the Pictures

Property was Great! Lots of chairs and things for Beach no need to bring anything extra from home, place has everything you will need. Master bedroom could use a new mattress set for bed( a little uncomfortable) but we made it work other than that I loved the place and will be back! The Property management on site and by email was very helpful.

Wonderful stay!

We've stayed at a lot of condos in PCB, and this is a great one! Clean, comfortable, and appointed with everything you could need. We ate a lot of our meals on the huge balcony. Plenty of seating for everyone. The beach towels being included is a huge plus. The chairs, cooler, balls to throw around on the beach, and sand toys are also a great bonus. Tropic Winds is a great condo building. The parking is super easy and the elevators are really fast. The chair attendant on the beach was really helpful and got us moved up to the first row after one day. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo, Great Owners

The owners communicated everything in a very timely manner and were very helpful when I had questions. The condo had everything we could possibly want and more. Provided plenty of beach thing for kids as well as beach towels (which we’d never had before). Fully recommend this condo and the complex. We had multiple family members staying in different floors and they had similar experiences with their owners as well.

Summer vacation

We had 5 people staying in the condo for one week, four adults and one three year old. It was great that the condo was stocked with plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, etc. We did not have to bring any of those items with us from home. Beds were comfy. Location was great. Close to Winn Dixie. Salty Sues restaurant was fantastic, highly recommend. The pool at the property was nice as well, portion indoor and outdoor. The gas grills worked for grilling a few nights.

Spring Break 2023

The condo was a perfect size for our family of 5. Appliances and furnishings were in good condition, nothing was in bad repair. Check in was easy. The owners were always quick to respond. The location was perfect. Right on the beach, great views and a perfect sugary beach. The property managers put chairs and umbrellas out each day for us to use and there was a pool and hot tub as well. This is a great location if you want a quiet retreat from the crazy Spring Break crowd closer to the main drag. Easy to get to with a parking garage. Overall a great location and condo
