This condo was very dirty, mold in bathrooms, soap scum on shower walls and shower curtains. Shower heads were brown from not being cleaned. Bed coverlet was brown at top & hadnt been washed. We had to wash it. The washer machine was moldy and smelled like mold/sewer. We had to clean it. The flooring in kichen was torn & cracked in a spot. We had to put a towel on it so we didnt trip over it. Balcony was filthy & railing paint was chipped off. Screens were all torn. Refrigerator was missing shelves. Furniture could use a good cleaning. Sent picture and this info to email mgmnt and they responded by thanking us and asked if anything else was needed. We realized that their quality standards and ours are different. Positive part was the view of ocean. It was beautiful. It had large balcony which was great. Check in was easy. The walls were freshly painted. So dont know if it was work in progress on condo or just no oversight on building maintenance and cleaning staff. Obviously need new building manager for sure. VERY disappointed with cleanliness. Yucky. Do not rent unless your Love cleaning on vacation.

The first few days was not great l, due to the hot water heater being out. Communicate was ok they did work with us to get answers, the solutions was not the best . No warm water the 1st day so getting or giving baths was hard then water was turned off the second day. Unable to use the bathrooms over night with 3 kids plus our selves, no shower. Not ok.We ended up the option to use the bathroom in another condo on the 19 floor which didn’t help with kids at night . We finally used our cooler to put water in and poor in the toilets.We had house keeping come back and clean floors and vents. They were nasty and my grand daughter was dirty when crawling on the floor l.They did fix the water heater and they did renclean.Contacting then was easy and everyone that was spoken to was kind.There was a chair we sat our grand daughter in that the welds was broken in it but thankfully she was small enough it didn’t completely collapse , chair needed fixed. No can opener in the room.I think if the place was deep cleaned now with a new water heater it would be a great place to stay.Just wasn’t the best place for us at the time.

Great place to get away

Great place to stay not far from restaurants and grocery stores just right outside of the party zone ! Could use a warning sign to watch your step when going out to the balcony ! Really enjoyed our stay!

When we got there is was very hard to know where to park! No one tells you about the parking, how to find your number it’s in no order and very frustrating. After 45 minutes, we finally figured out we parked on the fourth floor.. The second vehicle has to go across the road and park in open parking only very few spots available. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. I had to contact the property manager because the Master shower liner was mildewed in disgusting. They did bring another shower liner for me to put up. The curtain itself was dirty as well. We have stayed in a lot of condos in Panama City Beach. This was my least favorite..

Just ok

Needs improvement on exterior. Pool area leaves much to be desired. Condo was ok with just a few issues with floor, closet holding a/c unit, faucet in kitchen. Parking garage is extremely tight.

Needs updating

The condo is fair. No, I would not stay here again. Our unit is very used and dated. Bathroom showers are nasty and needs new tubs or repaired tubs. The shower liners are gross and needs replaced.

Condo needs to be updated!! Patio doors wouldn't lock, screens on the patio doors were coming out of the frame!! Ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper after 3 days!! Ice maker didn't work hardly at all, bought ice every other day!!! Chairs for the beach, broke the first time my grandson sat on it!!! The other chairs were useless! We travel alot, for 3,000 i expect more!!!!

Great Beach Views

Great Beach Views from the balcony! Love that the main living room and Master bedroom have direct access to the balcony!! Big issue of cleanliness in bathrooms.

As expected

Details of the unit were very accurate on this site. Photos are up to date. We had no disturbances. Washer and dryer in unit worked great! The balcony was actually bigger than I had imagined. I was there with my 18 and 9 year old girls. We had a great vacation. We love the New Years Party @ Pier Park! I am pretty self-sufficient, and frequent traveler in hotels and condos both, so I didn't need to communicate anything during the trip

The property was great. It was very accommodating and the location was perfect. Beach and pool access was very easy. Definitely made our stay a lot better with a place that was pretty much central to everything we wanted to do.

Love the view

Balcony was fantastic. Beach and pool were awesome! Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Floors and the balcony area was in need of deep cleaning. But everything else was great.

Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beds were comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room. My only suggestion would be to have more than 3 chairs for the dining room table. We had 6 people in our party and weren’t able to eat all together at the table. We had no issues with the refrigerator which was reported above. So that problem was fixed. We would definitely return to this property!

Tropical Wind Review

Accommodations were ok. However, the property management company was a little over the top with having to wear bands and the parking card in your windshield being "completely" filled out...including phone number. As a single female, this is a terrible practice. I do not understand why you would have to plaster that information in your vehicle when the property management people should already have that in their data base. Indeed, who would want to park their vehicle there if they weren't staying. That parking deck is less than friendly. Most folks that are traveling for vacation with children are taking large SUVs. SUV's of all sizes were having to make the turn half-way and then back up, then forward again. Since we were on the 4th floor, that was a lot of strategy! The parking spaces were small AND I MEAN VERY small. Once in the space, you could not get out. With cars on each side of me, I had to let my passengers out before pulling in. In addition, there is a sinking spot on the floor in the unit I rented. It was located just past the kitchen going into the family room. This is a trip hazard. I understand property managment policing the area to make sure that folks using the pool are staying in the condo. I have managed properties before. However, it felt more like a police state than anything else. The view was lovely but between the parking, not so nice accommodations, the mattresses, and inundation of property management, we will not rent here again.
