Inside, a perfectly situated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout features a comfy living area with couch and loveseat, a Smart TV, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances large and small plus dishware, cookware and utensils.

The Tipsy Turtle comfortably sleeps 6:
~ The main suite includes a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk-in closet, private patio access, and a remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
~ The guest bedroom offers two full beds, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk in-closet, and access to the remodeled guest bathroom.

For your convenience, a full sized washer and dryer and free, high speed WIFI, and beach towels are included, and a seasonally heated pool is located right outside your front door

We are one of the closest villas to the Edgewater Convention Center and Clubhouse—perfect for guests attending competitions or meetings--and you can also step outside the resort to find a variety of walkable dining options from fresh seafood and Cajun cafes to pizza and casual American eats.
