The current fee is $30+tax if paid more than 24 hours prior to arrival. If within 24 hours, the fee is $40+tax. This fee is always subject to change by the resort.
Tidewater offers the most spectacular set up for a perfect beach getaway! If you are looking for the best views, best amenities, best unit on the perfect floor- this is IT!
This 2 Bedroom condo sleeps comfortably 8 guests, offering a very open floor plan, so everyone can join in after a long day at the beach and create some wonderful memories for the years to come! The master bedroom offers a King bed and an en suite bathroom. It is extremely welcoming with its own private beach front balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and it offers some of the most comfortable sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. You will also find a set of bunk beds in the hallway , sleeper sofa in the living room and 3 full bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook home made meal every day, so you do not have to waist any time away from some of the most beautiful beaches. Enjoy the divine beauty of the Emerald Beach and recharge soaking in the Gulf breeze from your own balcony with a fresh cup of coffee.

Our stay was amazing! We did have a few hiccups with the tv in the queen room and with the garbage disposal but once the owner was aware he had it all fixed the next day. I would stay here again if the elevators were a lot faster.

Condo as described!!

Condo was very nice! Lots of room! Loved having 3 bathrooms! Owner very responsive to email! Elevators @ Tidewater were very, very slow!

Do not stay here!!

This was a nasty unit and the A/C didn’t work properly and the water was off a day and the elevator wait is long and no one will help you resolve the problems. I was shuffled from one person to another for 2 solid hours on the phone with no help whatsoever!! I emailed pictures with no response!! The owners of this unit should be furious about the management and cleanliness !! I will recommend for people to avoid the tidewater and especially this unit and the so called management ! Utter disappointment !! I requested a refund and no one even bothered to contact me !!

Was disappointed

When we arrived at the condo on day one we were very unhappy do to the state that the condo was in. There were messed up tiles in the hallway that when you walked through pinched and cut your feet if you weren’t super careful, in the kitchen the handle on the oven was broken, the door to the pantry was broken. The couch in the living room smelt terrible and was horribly dirty, the coffee table and the dining table were also broken and wobbly. The floors were so dirty that our feet turned black and we have to were shoes at all times during our stay. The beds in the bedroom only had two flat decorative pillows we had to go buy our own in order for us to have proper sleeping pillows. We notify me the owner immediately upon checking in. We were informed he would send a cleaning crew fix the dirtyness of it and that he would come by on Monday so we could show him the issues. The cleaning crew came and stated they are only hired to clean the bathrooms and kitchen only nothing else. So there wasn’t anything they could do. And the owner never showed up during the whole trip to see to our complaints. In my opinion this condo should have never been allowed to be rented in the state it was in. We spent a lot of money to stay there and will never rent from them again after this.

The beach was great but what ruined the trip was how long you had to wait on elevators.

We enjoyed our stay, however the elevator s ruined most of our trip. We spent more time waiting on the elevators than actually enjoying our stay. The place was nice and the beach was great but just very disappointed and frustrating waiting to get places.

PCB is always a beautiful place

The location, view and owner communication were excellent. Had issues with the internet but the owner was very helpful in correcting. I only have two areas of recommendations. 1. Floors, and Shower were dirty. Hair on shower wall and visible dust on all floor boards. Had to wear socks in the unit as the floors were dirty. 2. The furniture both inside and out are in dire need of replacement. The couch cushions are worn and torn in several places. The kitchen chairs are worn and chipping. Screws came out of one of the chairs and table when we pulled it out. The patio furniture is flaking and rusted. The patio table is so loose that when I put my cup of coffee on it the table shook and spilled my coffee. Highly recommend re decoration.

Family Trip

Everything about the condo we stayed in was perfect! Beautiful view! Only downfall were the elevators. Very slow running elevators with no A/C. Other then that our trip was wonderful.

Great vacation spot!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is a prime location. We had a fabulous view from our balcony. We was extra nice that there are three bathrooms! The owner was very responsive to my messages and easy to deal with! I highly recommend!
