Please note prior to booking, there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under-18 accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check-in can result in guests being evicted & not refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement, a signed pool/spa waiver, & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement, pool/spa waiver, & copy of the guest's driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If Anchors Away doesn't receive those items back within 48 hours of the time of booking, your reservation will be cancelled & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & must be present during the entire stay. Please also note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under-18 accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. Please do not inquire during Spring Break time asking if exceptions are made. There are no exceptions made to this policy.

No unregistered guests are allowed in the home. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age. We count heartbeats and only allow the number of occupants that the house sleeps in the home at any given time. This goes for visitors as well. This house sleeps/accommodates 14 people max per the fire marshal. This includes children of all ages. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the property because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out will be evicted immediately.

This home is not Pet Friendly. Absolutely no pets allowed. No exceptions. All ESA Animals & Service Animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note if we find an unauthorized pet in the unit, you will be evicted immediately without refund. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.00. No animals please in the home.

From October 1st - April 30th the pool & the hot tub is only heated upon request. If a guest wishes to heat the pool & hot tub during their stay, there will be an additional $150.00 a day added to your booking total. This add on must be collected in full by the final payment or guests will not be able to heat the pool & spa during their stay. Guests must pay for the entire length of their stay. No refunds are given once this charge is paid in full. Please note if the temperature outside drops below 50 degrees the pool heater will need to be turned off. Pool heat is not offered if the temperature outside is below 50 degrees only the spa will be offered.

We allow 4 standard size vehicles. No more than 4 vehicles to be parked in the driveway at any given time. There is no parking in the street. Absolutely no exceptions.

As a courtesy we provide pool/beach towels. Guests are required before checking out to put them in the washer & have them washing when our team arrives. These towels are to be washed individually & by themselves. If guests damage, stain, or take the towels you will be responsible for replacing them.

For your protection & ours, we have a Ring Camera at the front door & back of the home which records video & audio. Please do not cover or tamper with the camera in any way. If we see that the cameras have been covered or tampered with in any way, guests will be evicted immediately & will not be refunded for their stay.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival. Checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not guarantee early check-ins. By booking, guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check-in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. Please do not show up to the house until you have been notified by our office that the house is ready for check in. If you are not out of the property by 10am additional charges will apply.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by neighbors that you are being disrespectful or disruptive, you could potentially be evicted with no refund. Please be respectful to our neighbors as not everyone is here on vacation.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guests will result in additional charges. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $500 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $500 fine.

This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout, if this has not been done, you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night-
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection, if furniture is moved around not put back, additional charges will apply.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver of $69.00 included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate of $69.00 in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a 28-90 day stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be a total of $280.00 for the coverage. Rates 60-90 nights will be a total of $450.00 for the coverage.
