The Space:

** IMPORTANT NOTICE: Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. No refunds or compensation will be issued if the balcony is inaccessible during the reservation period or for any noise related to the renovation project.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

This gorgeous 2-bedroom, gulf-front condo, which sleeps 6, looks out directly onto the sugar sands and the Gulf of Mexico.  Enjoy the Beach Service which is included in this rental.   Sip your morning coffee as you watch wildlife on the beach, and return for cocktails to watch the sunset reflected in the crystal water. The condo itself features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each featuring a flat-screen TV, and free wifi. Amenities include 2 large swimming pools (one heated in winter)  and 2 hot tubs. The poolside deck features plenty of lounge chairs and a Tiki Bar.



What's Nearby:

Summit Beach Resort is just a few minutes from numerous restaurants. Hammer Head Fread's is right across the street, and many others are less than a 10-minute walk or a short drive away. Family-friendly attractions such as Wonderworks and Shipwreck Island Water Park are within 5 miles, as well as multiple beach supply stores such as Alvin's Island and Sunsations. Less than five miles away at Saint Andrew's State Park, you can catch the Shuttle boat to Shell Island, or enjoy hiking, picnicking, fishing, playground facilities, and more. Via direct beach access, you will find activities such as beach volleyball, parasailing, and much more!
