March 2026 Amenities Update: The indoor hot tub is currently closed for renovations and is estimated to reopen on 3/14/26. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance. The weight gym is open; however, the cardio side is currently closed for repairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you're well-prepared to fry up the fresh catch of the day or simply enjoy takeout from your favorite restaurant. The kitchen, with a breakfast bar, is conveniently open to the living room and dining area.

The Summit in beautiful Panama City Beach is the perfect destination for a couple's weekend or family vacation. It offers the perfect balance of a relaxing atmosphere and modern amenities. From this perfect location, you can walk to the beach or enjoy great shopping and delicious restaurants in proximity. When the sun goes down, Panama City Beach lights up with an enticing array of after-dark entertaining options. Whether you want to cut loose and go wild or kick back, relax, and talk amongst friends, you can surely find nightlife to accommodate your needs on the World`s Most Beautiful Beaches.

Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN: 4:00 p.m. CST (unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to in writing). If an early check-in is available a $75.00 fee per unit will be charged. No Check-in will be permitted until your rental account has been paid in full including all taxes and fees. Every effort is made to ensure units are ready by check-in time, but we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. All guests will receive a confirmation of the key code and directions to your vacation unit prior to your arrival.CHECK-OUT: 10:00 a.m. CST. Late Check-outs may be requested in advance and must be approved prior to your arrival. A $75.00 fee per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance deposit of $200.00 that will be applied towards your final balance. The final balance will be due 14 days in advance of your arrival. If you book your rental less than 14 days in advance of your arrival, full payment will be required immediately. METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or you can pay with a personal check. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.Other acceptable forms of payment include Certified Check and Money Order. All Certified Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to H2O Vacation Rentals and received 30 days prior to your check-in date. Please remember to include your booking transaction I.D. number on your payment. AGE RESTRICTIONS: The Registering Guest must be at least 21 years of age and will be held responsible for all other parties and/or guests of the Registering Guest for compliance with this reservation. Additionally, Registering Guest for the unit must be an occupant of the unit for the entire length of stay.CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and/or changes must be submitted in writing and received no less than 14 days prior to the arrival date to avoid forfeiting the advance deposit of two hundred dollars ($200.00). The Security Deposit fee of $45.00 is fully refundable if your reservation is cancelled. A cancellation number will be issued. We highly recommend purchasing CSA Vacation Rental Insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen cancellations. You may purchase vacation rental insurance at the time you make this reservation or call the office to purchase it at a later date. REFUNDS: NO REFUNDS will be made due to inclement weather, early departure or no shows. RATES: Rates, fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.
