The Space:

No refunds or compensation will be issued if the balcony is inaccessible during the reservation period or due to noise from the renovation project.



March 2026 Amenities Update: The indoor hot tub is currently closed for renovations and is estimated to reopen on 3/14/26. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance. The weight gym is open; however, the cardio side is currently closed for repairs.

Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub with beach views. There is also on-property beach access for you to use any time for your convenience.



This centrally located resort is close to some of the area's most popular shopping and dining, as well as the beach. Just five miles down the coast, you can enjoy breathtaking Florida nature at St. Andrews State Park, where you can picnic, hike, fish, and view wildlife.



IMPORTANT:
