The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

The Gulf view balcony is a breathtaking sunset, while the open floor plan is great for your entire family to spend time together! Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub with beach views. There is also on-property beach access for you to use any time for your convenience.



This centrally located resort is close to some of the area's most popular shopping and dining, as well as the beach. Just five miles down the coast, you can enjoy breathtaking Florida nature at St. Andrews State Park, where you can picnic, hike, fish, and view wildlife.



IMPORTANT:

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 5 guests INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and ejection.   VCR#25840
