The Good Life is located at The Cottages at Camp Creek, a charming and peaceful coastal community filled with classic metal roofs and wide front porches surrounded by shady sand oaks and palmetto along Scenic 30A, We're pleased that Travel + Leisure Magazine announced that VRBO named scenic 30A the “Best U.S. Beach Town” for 2025, "thanks to its turquoise waters, sugar-white sand, and charming coastal communities." Just cross the street from the community, you’ll find the Timpoochee Trail—a 17-mile paved path perfect for biking, walking, or jogging. You'll find plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and the iconic communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach (both have play yards) conveniently located within walking distance. To help you explore the local area, we provide four professionally maintained bikes with your cottage rental.

Steps to fun: Less than a 1-minute walk to the big (7500 square feet) community pool and just a 5-minute stroll to our private deeded beach access that leads to a Blue Wave Certified Beach (which means it is recognized for its cleanliness, responsible management, and commitment to protecting human health and the environment), known for dunes, white sand, and emerald water where you can relax and set up your beach gear (we provide beach chairs, beach toys, a wheeled cooler, and a large beach wagon for toting your beach stuff). No need to worry about waiting for shuttles or looking for parking spaces when you're heading to the beach.

Family-friendly comfort: Spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath, single-level freshly renovated cottage with old Florida charm and modern conveniences. Because the Good Life is one of the larger one-story 3-bedroom cottages, it comfortably fits up to 7 people. Our guests appreciate that our small gem of a community, as well as the deeded beach access, stay peaceful even during peak seasons. Bonus: The Good Life cottage is one of the closest to the beach when you want to slip away for your sunrise walks and sunset strolls.

Unwind on the large covered porch surrounded by shady native sea oak trees and palmettos. Furnished like an outdoor room with a glider love seat, matching wicker chairs, and dining table, the porch is perfect for dining al fresco, sipping morning coffee, or playing games on a rainy afternoon - rain or shine. The new quiet and breezy ceiling fans will keep you comfortable on the hottest days.

Inside, enjoy the freshly renovated living space with plenty of windows and natural light (as well as blinds when you want privacy), hardwood floors, comfy seating, and a large smart TV for streaming.

The newly renovated kitchen is thoughtfully designed with modern natural wood cabinets, plenty of storage, and quartz countertops. Fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, plenty of dishware, glassware, and cookware, and everything from a crockpot to a waffle maker, so you’ll have everything you need for cooking for two to twelve people.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort with fresh linens, blackout curtains for a good night's sleep or afternoon nap, and TVs set up for streaming. For your peace of mind, we use a professional laundry service to ensure that linens are laundered according to professional-grade, CDC-approved standards. The bed linen program aims to provide guests with a consistently clean and sanitary bedding experience.

The three bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out as follows:

Bedroom with king bed and private full bath
Bedroom with queen bed + twin bed
Bedroom with two twin beds (that you can put together to convert to king)
Second full bath next to the queen and twin bedrooms

We’ve added details that make your vacation easier—ceiling fans and TVs in living room and all bedrooms, plenty of wall hooks and renovated closets with ample storage space for keeping everything organized and stress-free, hampers, full-size washer and dryer, puzzles, books, games, and even a private gas grill. Although we personally enjoy pets, no pets are allowed at the cottage due to severe allergies of some of our family and guests.

At least one guest must be 25+ and stay at the cottage for the entire stay.
