The large, fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the home, ready to handle everything from quick breakfasts to large group dinners. The dining table seats eight, with five more spots at the kitchen counter. After a day at the beach, gather in the comfortable living room for a little downtime. A convenient half bath is also located on the main level.

With three floors and plenty of space, everyone gets room to spread out.

The first floor has a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a private full bathroom. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, private balcony, and spacious en suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and deep soaking tub. The second floor also includes a second guest room with its own full bathroom and private balcony, plus the laundry room.

The third floor is made for the kids. The large bedroom has three full-size beds, each with a pull-out trundle underneath, plus an attached full bathroom. Step outside to a private patio with egg chairs and plenty of seating for hanging out.

Then there’s Carillon Beach itself. Spend the day at the community pools, play tennis or pickleball, shoot some hoops, or head to the beach using the private community access. When it’s time to slow things down, the quiet back porch is just the spot, with a gazebo nearby and plenty of room to relax.

At Oversee 30A, we keep it simple: clean, comfy stays with a local team always close by. Our office is nearby, open seven days a week, with 24/7 support if you need anything.
