Welcome to Sunsets at Edgewater, a gorgeous 3 BR/3 BA gulf front unit is located on the 9th floor of Tower II at Edgewater with amazing views of the Gulf's spectacular sunsets from our private balcony + complimentary beach chairs/umbrella daily for your stay.

The stylish condo comfortably sleeps 10 and has been updated and remodeled throughout. The living room has an upgraded sectional couch with a sleeper sofa and beautiful Gulf views. Step out onto our private balcony to soak up the sight of the emerald water, white sand beaches, and scan the beach east and west as far as they eye can see. Our balcony seating ensures you have the best view of the magificent sunsets.

Inside, our well-appointed kitchen offers custom kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and back splash, updated lighting and all you need to prepare meals, snacks, coffee or drinks (pots, pans, dishware, glassware, utensils and small appliances including a single cup coffee maker). Oversized tiles adorn the floors in the entryway, kitchen, living room and bathrooms. And we have a large dining table to gather around for meals, snacks or games. Our bar looking into the kitchen offers additional seating.

The master bedroom overlooks the water and has a king bed and private access to a remodeled bath with new cabinets, granite countertops, and an oversized walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and private access to a bath. The 3rd bedroom has two full beds and a private bath.

There are flat screen Smart TVs in each room with free WiFi throughout. And a new, private washer and dryer make it possible to pack light.

With so much to offer, you may never leave the resort! But it's nice to know that you are minutes away from the Shoppes at Edgewater and Pier Park which offer shopping, restaurants, bars, live music, movie theater, and kids' activities. Also in the area, enjoy Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Wonder Works, dinner cruise boats, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, chartered fishing boats, dolphin cruises, go-carts, and so much more.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.)
