SunnySide House with Pool and Golf Cart

Located in the quiet, beautiful neighborhood of Sunnyside Beach on the Westside of Panama City Beach. House is just a short golf cart ride(golf cart included) or a 10 minute walk through the very peaceful neighborhood to one of the most wonderful beaches in the world! Beautiful white sand on the private SunnySide beach area.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home includes a large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The open living area features a large Smart TV. This home sleeps 7 people, so be sure to bring the whole family and enjoy your own slice of paradise! This property is ideal for two families as well.
In the evening, after relaxing at the beach all day, you can come home and shower off outside and take a quick dip in the pool. Take advantage of the large, fenced in yard by playing ball with the kids.
We are only a 5 minute drive to Win Dixie, Publix or the always great Carousel Grocery store. Minutes away from everything Panama City Beach has to offer.
With an abundance of family friendly attractions, water parks, top notch dining, beach activities and an amazing outdoor mall, PIER PARK, there is plenty of entertainment in or out of the water. Explore the best beaches this side of paradise, fishing pier, amusement park rides, great shopping and experience all the things to do in Panama City Beach.

The home was just as described and also included a quiet, convenient location. I have a high standard for cleanliness and this home was cleaned to my satisfaction, and that is rare! The home provided everything we needed to cook and plenty of toiletries and towels. The backyard was lovely and we also enjoyed the use of the golf cart to the beach and back. We would defi utely stay here again when in the area.

Amazing

House is great. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, no loud neighbors. The living couch was a dream. We took lots of naps there! House was supplied with everything you would need. Plenty of beach towels too. The backyard was larger than expected. Lots of shaded areas. Theres a lot of pool floats in the garage. We took the golf cart to the beach everyday. We loaded up umbrellas and chairs (also provided) and spent a lot of time on the uncrowded beach. The house is just amazing! We loved our week!

Amazing!!

It was perfect. The house is locating in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It seemed like most of them lived there instead of vacationers. The house itself was great. It was stocked with everything you would need. It had plenty of dishes and cookware. We used the outside grill several times too. The huge couch in living room was a great place for a nap. (I want one for my home) The outside area was a lot larger than expected. Theres plenty of shaded areas if you have little ones. Having the pool was probably the highlight of the trip. Theres some pool floats and noodles in the garage. We brought 3 floats but really didnt need them. Although the beach wasnt far we used the golfcart everyday to get there. Its a short ride. The beach wasnt crowded at all!! It was a lot better than staying at one of the condos. We had plenty of room to set up our umbrella and chairs (also provided). Overall it was a great vacation!

Great week at the beach! :)

We had a wonderful stay & I cannot recommend this property enough! From the ample space, large pool, golf cart to get you to & from the beach & being fully stocked with all the things you would want to enjoy your stay, this property has it all. The communication from the host is also top notch. We will definitely be staying here again!!

The location is perfect for our needs, and the host was probably the most responsive of any other property that we have used on VRBO. The property was very clean, and close to everything we needed.All questions were responded to in under a minute. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

It is more residential and away from all the condos on the beach. The beach area is less crowded! The owner is great at getting back to you quickly. The pool is large and was able to hold seven people and floats no problem. This is the second stay here and we love it!

Amazing clean home for Family of 4

This was an amazing summer vacation home for our family of 4. We were here dueinf the week of double flags, and although we still got 2 gorgeous beach days, the rest we spent at the private pool this house had and fun golf cart rides to keep my 2 boys, 16 yrs and 3 yrs very happy. We cant say a bad thing about this place bc it was juat absolutely perfect space, and location and Dmitry was alwasy on tasks to reapond with our questions we barley had. Thanks again!! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacation

This is our second time renting this home. The owner is fabulous, the property is perfect. Plenty of room for my small group. Definitely one of my favorite spots to say. I will 100% rent again.

Relaxation!

Wonderful spot to vacation! Has everything you need! Pool was fantastic! My 1 year old son enjoyed the shallow edge that he could stand on and splash in the water. Golf cart was a great bonus to take to the beach! We'd love to stay here again!

House and location are great!

The house was clean and up to date, perfect for what we needed and loved the location. If traveling in the cooler months, be prepared for a cold pool. With the pool not being heated and the temperatures no being super high, the pool water was cold, and we were not able to swim much which was a little disappointing. The location to the beach is fantastic and having the golf cart to get there was great!

Ideal for family

Perfect house in a perfect location. All you need is right here. Pictures were exactly like displayed. The pool and yard are so perfect for family fun. It’s in a very quiet subdivision on the west end of PCB,but still close enough to all the other things you want to do. The beach is close by and the golf cart helps get you there. The manager is very thorough. Stay here…you won’t want to leave!
