A real pleasure to walk and wiggle your toes in.
Our fully equipped and accessible kitchen comes with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, dining table with gulf views, in unit washer/dryer, spectacular on-site amenities, and prime location in Panama City Beach, you’ll have it ALL at The Summit 715!

Our condo was Clean and Comfortable. I liked the communication with the room manager, they answered any questions I had through text. We enjoyed the free coupons that came with the room, they were easy to use and gave us plenty of activities ideas to do. We will be staying again through this company. Our Beach Trip was perfect thanks to great management.

Great place to stay for families! We were traveling as a couple , the Summit has a definite family vibe! Convenient to everything. Condo was super clean. Bed was kinda hard and could be updated , but that was the only con we had.

Spring Break PCB 2024

We enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach - Summit 715. The building itself is pretty outdated and not all of the elevators were working (3 of 4 were working so it was not that bad of a wait unless using during peak time). At check in to get our wristbands they told us that the pools are closing “early” due to lighting issues. Pools were closed by 7pm everyday, so if you are booking with children, double check pool hours. The Tiki Bar, Bikini Bobs, and the beach were all wonderful. There was a lot of security on the property from the time you arrive (gated), on the grounds, and then at the gate to get out to the beach, which was really nice. We had a really sunny week with warm temps so that was a bonus! The room was well kept and ready for us to walk in, put our stuff away and enjoy PCB. Nicely decorated as shown on the app. The bathrooms could be updated - small and older toilets. There is definitely a smell at times of cat urine especially noticeable when you first walk into the condo (main hallway/ master bedroom area)(there is a locked closet so we are thinking it maybe something in there? Mop and bucket?) The kitchen had everything we needed to eat meals in and the appliances worked perfectly. It was so nice to have an air-fryer too! Plenty of space for our family of four! We would stay again and recommend!

PCB 2 weeks

The FDTV service is the worst I have ever seen. The major networks hardly work at all and we had to have maintenance come in on day 2 because someone had deleted the FDTV app so not tv for the first 24 hours. Condo is nice and view is great but not as clean as I would hope. Floors in particular.

Great little Getaway!

Unit met most all of our needs. Water was shut off on entire building for just a short time, We would have loved 2 separate bathrooms but we managed. However we did enjoy our stay, Hope to return next year!

This unit was perfect for my husband and I. Great view! Very clean and well stocked and the"beach theme" throughout just made my sun and sand loving heart happy! The condo grounds were beautifully kept and we never had any issues with the elevators. 5 stars all around for me!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Great location, decent clean room. Nice pools and very easy access to beach.Only negative we paid for non smoking room which we got but was right next door to smoking room. The smoke smell was awful on our balcony every time we went on it.

2023 Summer Vacation

Overall, we had a great trip. The room was very nice and the condo management company kept in touch with us better than anyone we have booked through. We booked a “peak” week around Memorial Day, so our first half of the week was extremely crowded and busy. At one point, both elevators were down at the condo meaning we had to walk 7 flights of steps. But all in all, we had a great stay.

Amazing experience

If you are thinking about staying here for a vacation please read this 100% honest review: I am in physical therapy school and had only 1 week off until December. My boyfriend and I decided to book a trip to Panama City to make this time worthwhile. We chose this exact rental because the price was AMAZING (especially considering everything included). We stayed in late April and the cost was a little under $1,300 for 6 nights. We are broke (school) so we thought this price was very affordable for a week at the beach with ocean view!! We searched for months to find the perfect place, and this rental checked all of the boxes. It was seriously the perfect place. The room was perfectly clean, the balcony and ocean view was amazing, the door has a code instead of a key so it was nice not having to worry about keeping up with that, and the hotel was amazing as well. Two huge outdoor pools and 4 huge hot tubs. Once you are on the first floor, the ocean is steps away. The parking lot is gated and very safe. The pool area was gated as well and the gate to the beach would lock at 7 PM, however no worries if you wanted to take a walk at the beach at night because you have a code to get back in. This place was also convenient because I was able to book it being 22. Some places require a minimum age of 25, but this place was 21. I would give this unit a 6/5 star rating! If you are thinking about booking, do it. Nothing bad to say about it!!

The over all stay was great, the only knock was one or both of the main elevators were down everyday, which made it a hassel getting things down to the beach and getting luggage to the vehicle. We were there 8 days and 8 days ithey were down.

The floors were dirty. Our feet would be black on bottom. When getting out of shower after walking around in condo, stood back in shower, couldn't believe how the water turned brown and also a big clump of hair was stuck to feet.

Unit 715 The Summit

Overall this condo was amazing! A few little things needed work such as the floors were dirty and needed mopped and the elevators were extremely slow. They were doing maintenance on two of the four elevators so that caused the wait times to be longer. We would definitely book this room again and highly recommend it!

Good Condo

The room was excellent. Everything was as described. Only thing that was a hiccup was extremely loud music at pool with multiple people playing music and almost seemed to be in competition.
