Strict age requirement set by the Sunbird of PCB Owner’s Association.
Policy will be enforced and guests that do not adhere to the age requirement will be escorted off the premises and refund will not be issued.

*Ring doorbell on front door. *Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Sunbird Beach Resort requires a parking pass for each vehicle. The $35.00 parking pass and $6.00 per armband for each guest 10 years old or above. Fees are paid at the onsite association office upon arrival and cover the entire stay. You only pay one time and you need to wear the armband while you are at Sunbird
Additional parking is available off site in public lots at daily rates.
When the HOA office is close parking passes and armbands may be purchased through security.
