Mike was great and answered right away with any issue we had. If I were just rating the owner it would be 5 stars. This was our 3rd year staying in Splash and we decided to get a smaller room than normal because we had less people coming. When we came into the room the guest bathroom had hair in the sink and tub. I brought cleaner so I cleaned the bathroom again before my daughter used it. The appliances in the kitchen are very dated with rust all over the side of the refrigerator. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes so I hand washed all week. The cabinets have duct tape on the edges where they are falling apart. It was one of the more run down condos we have stayed in. As for the beach, view and the amenities, I would give 5 stars. The week was fantastic with great weather and wildlife.

The Host Mike was awesome. I have stayed twice with Mike and the condo is very nice and very clean. I will stay there again this coming summer of 26. You can’t go wrong staying in this condo. Every thing is top notch. I highly recommend this condo.

We had an amazing stay at this PCB condo! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views from the balcony. Every morning we enjoyed coffee while watching dolphins and listening to the waves. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described in the listing. The beach access was super convenient — just steps from the elevator to the sand. The property also had great amenities like a pool, hot tub, and easy parking. Restaurants, shops, and attractions were all within a short drive.The host was responsive and helpful from booking through checkout. We had zero issues and everything went smoothly. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this place is a perfect base. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next trip!

The property itself was beautiful and the view was breath taking!!!! Any and everything you needed for the house and the beach was included with our stay and extra activities were very close!!!! The resort was amazing and had a fantastic atmosphere not crowded and the ice cream was exceptional!!!!! 10 stars to our host who was also just as fantastic! We enjoyed our trip so much and will definitely be staying again!

Perfect!!

We have stayed at Splash Resort for the last 5 years and this condo was my favorite simply because it’s on the 2nd Floor and we were able to use the stairs instead of waiting on elevators! However, the elevators were fast. The communication with this owner was 12/10 he checked on our family throughout our stay just to make sure we didn’t need anything and I appreciated that. The view on the 2nd floor is literally perfect! It’s just right! Everything in the condo worked as it should as well! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Great for Families!

We loved our stay. The room is extremely nice and family friendly. The resort was perfect for our family. It has plenty for the kids to do and we could relax while they played. If you are looking for a family friendly get away book this one!

Nice, but that shower!

It was a very nice condo, just needed a better cleaning crew. Loads of dust bunnies, and food still stuck to frying pans. We washed all of the sheets and dishes before we could use them. The sliding door in the living space could not be opened by anyone but my husband. The shower in the master backed up on us, and personal hairs and junk was floating around. I jumped right out! My husband fixed that. Thankfully he carries tools everywhere. After that and a good floor sweeping, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s right on the ocean, so we know it’s rough to keep everything perfect. We had a patio door in the master, so we just used that door. We would book it again.

The condo was comfortable and clean. The location was great. We really appreciated the beach service. We had family book other units at the resort. The grandkids loved the pool area and activities. All had a great vacation! I'm glad we were on the 2nd floor as the elevators kept breaking down. That made unloading upon arrival and loading to leave miserable.

Great Experience

We had an amazing time on our first trip and will definitely be coming back ! The condo was perfect for our family, was clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect view and we loved having the ocean view to look at every morning. The resort amenities and easy pool access were worth its weight in gold and our kids loved them and are begging for us to plan our next trip already. Check in was so simple and seamless and I would highly recommend this place again and again.

Wow, don’t wait just BOOK IT!!

This is our second stay at Mikes condo, Splash 2nd floor. It was quieter this week, but still plenty of kids to play with and fun to be had. The memories we made both years will forever live in our heart. I would return every year and may even book now, and we haven’t ever boarded our return flight yet. It’s clean- sand to be expected. Towels, sand toys, free beach chairs, HUGE BATHROOM AND Bedrooms. Love the double sinks. The people that take care of Splash are so lovely and friendly and make the experience even better. The VIEW AND BEACH are second to NONE. Love the 2nd floor location, food, candy shop and Alvin’s across the way. You really can not get a better vacation, with a more gracious host with a more beautiful beach or view at the price with the kids having the time of their lives. We come from MD and pay less coming here than going to the subpar local beach in Maryland. Don’t wait lust book it!!

Spring Break

It was a great location and the resort and the condo was clean,also fully stocked with everything we needed. Although the elevators were a problem.The whole time we were there one of the two elevators on our tower was not working.We had to use the stairs multiple times, thankfully we were on the second floor and didnt have far to go.Another issue we dealt with and many others did too was no ramp to get our wagons and beach supplies down from the pool area to the beach.We had to tote our wagons up and down the stairs Over all its a nice clean family oriented place to stay and we would return again .

Family trip

We enjoyed how convenient it was. Just seconds away from the beautiful beach. The ocean view was amazing. The balcony is huge where we enjoyed meals. The site is very spacious and parking was easy. Family friendly and perfect for small kiddos.

Not What We Expected

Overall, a disappointment. Good layout, great view, great TV system, but a REALLY GOOD deep cleaning is needed. Vacuum cleaner is worthless for the vinyl flooring, furniture is dated, master bed comfortable but we had to wash the comforter to get rid of a nauseous odor. Was definitely not what we expected.
