This two bedroom Panama City Beach vacation rental is a perfect for any family! This unit boast a open floor plan with lots of natural light and plenty room for 6 guests. The Master bedroom offers a large king size bed and en suit private bathroom. The guest room comes with a queen size bed and access to another full bathroom. The comfy couch in the living area doubles as a queen size pull out which is situated in front of a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure.

Included in this beautiful building is the fantastic pool playground for kids of all ages. It is a self-contained expansive Water park that features a ā€œLazy Riverā€ that meanders out beside the beach along with multiple play pools with slides, tubes, and tunnels. Kids will love the toys that include water cannons, a Little Totā€™s Splash Pad with spurting geysers, a giant mushroom waterfall and a huge bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water down on the swimmers below. There is also an Adults Only pool nearby where you can watch the kids play in the distance while taking your own timeout.

If you ever decide to leave this watery paradise you will find yourself just minutes away from the Crown Jewel of Panama City Beach, which is simply known as The Pier. This palm-lined boulevard with shops, restaurants, bars along with a large Multi-Plex Movie Theater is anchored by one of the longest wharfs on the gulf available for fishing and sightseeing. Seasonal festivals abound here with music, food and fireworks that occur here often.

First Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, all community pools are seasonally heated excluding the splash pad.

*Onsite parking is $30 per vehicle. Parking for two vehicles only.

We love it!

Will book again! The room was perfect, amenities at Splash were much better than even expected. Perfect place for families. Bonus itā€™s 1 floor up from the lobby area making it easier to take the stairs instead of waiting for an elevator!

Weekend with the Grands!

I booked first floor based on the reviews about the slow elevators. Glad I did! We just took the stairs. The pools, hot tub and lazy river were all great. The slides with the bucket area was very powerful and loud. My grandchildren didn't like it at all! The condo was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was supplied above my expectations. We enjoyed our stay. I will probably go again!

Our stay

We had requested to check in early but our code didnā€™t work so we had to call and got in one hr early. The sofa and chair were very wet from being cleaned, needed lightbulbs, and batteries in remote. Fan in master only runs on low speed, less than 1 roll of tissue in each bathroom, neither hairdryer worked. No beach chairs included in price as stated in the listing that I saw. The condo was very clean and the maintenance man showed up with blankets to cover the sofa, light bulbs but could not get either hair dryer working. Had to pay $35 for parking pass which I feel should have been included with the rental along with beach chairs. Other condos had chairs included with their rentals. Elevators were very slow!

It was ok.

There was a lot of deferred maintenance. Iā€™m normally not too picky but we have stayed at Splash Resort many times and this was by far the worst unit we have stayed. The couch was disgusting- stains everywhere. I put a sheet over the couch before I allowed my kids to sit on it. The shower liner had mildew all over it. Drain missing from the tub. Toilet paper holder was broken. Balcony door in master bedroom wouldnā€™t lock. Tv remote broken. I will not book this unit again. We were provided plenty of towels and starter toiletries which we appreciated.

Our couch was not usable as it smelled like puke and the cushions were sunken in. The trim separating the living room and kitchen was broken and coming up and my small children kept messing with it and tripping over it. There was metal in our garbage disposal and no one ever came to fix it so it was not usable either. Overall would not recommend Splash Resort in Panama City.

Great stay at PCB

We were able to check in very early which was very accommodating. When we first arrived, there was a piece of the flooring missing, where the kitchen and living room connect, but Jake in maintenance came and took a picture right away so we didnā€™t have to worry about it the rest of the week. The lazy river and waterpark part of the water area are ice cold and not heated. There is one hot tub that was always full of people. We spent the majority of our time on the beach and in one of the heated pools. Overall it was a really great place to end the days and located near the pier with lots of restaurants and shopping. The bedding and pillows are the best beds we ever slept in and very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and is exactly as described.

Everything We Needed

Beautiful and very spacious. Had all the amenities needed and everything was as listed. Absolutely amazing oceanfront view with very large balcony. Surfaces were a little dusty/gritty but I cleaned them with furniture wipes and they were fine. I highly recommend this stay and would return.

Fabulous!

This is the best condo weā€™ve stayed at, and weā€™ve been vacationing in PCB for over a decade. Great pools, hot jacuzzi, lots for the family to do. The room was great, had everything we need and very easy checkin and check out process. Will definitely be looking here first from now on.

Beautiful and very clean place, just a couple issues, but not a huge deal

We loved everything about it! The only down side was the dryer did not dry very well even though we would continuously clean the lint catch mid-cycle, and the left sink drain pipe in the master bath was leaking onto the floor a little bit when we used it. Other than that, it was very well-cleaned and spacious! Great location and view too!

Good stay but not worth the money

I paid quite a bit for our week stay and I hate to say, Iā€™ve stayed in nicer condos for less money in other locations in PCB. The living room furniture was stained and outdated. The mattress in the guest room and pullout couch had what appeared to be blood stains! It only had one pan to cook with and no baking pan to fix cookies on. We only had one dish towel and no drying rack for washed dishes. There were empty salt and pepper shakers. I had to ask for a dust pan to be able to swept up crumbs and sand(it was delivered to our door promptly) The patio furniture is very rusted and one chair is leaning so bad we were afraid to sit in it. The beds are comfortable! The large tub in the master was fabulous! The location was great! The overall Splash was amazing considering I had a 16 month old. Other than the things mentioned above we had an amazing experience. Iā€™ll definitely stay at Splash again, just not in this particular condo! Itā€™s too pricey for what we got!

Great Vacation - Responsive Management Company

We had a great time. There were a couple of minor issues, but Ocean Reef handled them quickly and efficiently. The condo could definitely use some new furniture and updates. Fortunately, the weather and water were gorgeous, so we spent very little time inside and actually extended our stay a couple of nights.

We got there walked through to check everything. Both showers were dirty, there were toenail clippings in the master bed, the Tv in master bed didnā€™t work, the master bath sink had a leak. Contacted maintenance nothing was done. Overall not the best experience and will not be staying again.

Great location but could be cleaner

The location was great. It could have been a little cleaner but they also was running behind on cleaning so maybe they were rushed. The comforter had like sauce stains on them and no soap to wash hands was left. Sand was in the floor didnā€™t seemed vacuumed or swept but it is the beach so not a huge deal. Didnā€™t get in til after checkin time. Overall we enjoyed our stay
